Nokia 6 is my first phone of this brand. Before this, I used Samsung devices for a long time. I decided to experiment, especially since I really liked the Nokia 6 with its build quality, design, range of functions and price-quality ratio. But HMD made a mess with the firmware versions.. Gapps and other programs from the Play Store that I had used before began to work unstable (some stopped functioning altogether).. Some of the problems were solved after flashing to a custom version based on TA-1003 (versions for Hong Kong and Taiwan).. The functionality of all applications has been restored.. But OTA updates remain unavailable.. Contacting the authorized HMD service center in St. Petersburg with a request to restore the original firmware was unsuccessful.. At the moment, after an unsuccessful attempts to flash the device yourself with the original firmware, it is in the mode of a constant attempt to restore the system, and it is impossible to use it :(

By the way, today I managed to revive my device from recovery loop mode using mode 9008 and MiFlash and return to custom firmware based on TA-1003 (build 00CN_3_170B, May Android security updates:).. On this firmware, in principle, the device works stably, and you don’t have to reconfigure everything after rebooting or shutting down the system, as was the case with the original firmware.
