• Right-click on the Start button and select PowerShell.

• Type the command get-appxpackage -allusers *communi* | remove-appxpackage. The process of uninstalling the application will begin.

• Go to system disk to the “Users” or “Users” folder (for an English-language system) and sequentially follow the path “Username - AppData - Local” and delete the Comms folder.

• One folder will not be deleted.

• Reboot and delete again.
