• Any do in Russian. How I used Wunderlist and Clear before

For several years now, the Any.DO application has not left the leading position in the ranking of mobile applications for planning a daily routine. Every day the program is improved in accordance with the needs of users, thanks to which its audience numbers in millions of people. The developers took care not only of the completeness of functionality, but also did not forget about the convenience of the intuitive interface. You can easily add new tasks by simply dragging them onto the desired day using Drag-and-Drop technology. In order to mark the completion of a task, just run your finger over it, repeating the cross-out gesture. To clear your schedule of completed tasks, just shake the device. It's hard to imagine a more intuitive way to control it.

The application is equipped with a widget that will allow you to be aware of upcoming events by taking a quick glance at the main screen of the gadget. Any.DO is supported by any Android devices and provides instant synchronization between them. You can also import tasks from Google Task. Speech recognition allows you to dictate notes, which are automatically converted to text. Taking care of the convenience and saving time of users, the developers have equipped their application with an intelligent tool for predictive text input from the touch screen.

    Android application/vnd.android.package-archive Android application

Popular among Android user task manager Any.do now available for PC. Of course, there was previously an extension for Chrome, with which users had access to the service from a computer, now you have a full-fledged independent solution that synchronizes with Android application.

To start a new account or synchronize the web version Any.do With Android, you need to log in to the site using Facebook, Google+ or mail. Two clicks and you are taken to the task manager working tab. Minimalistic interface, intuitive controls and the presence of all the most necessary functions - these are the main features Any.do. True, they are typical not only for a desktop solution, but also for a mobile application.

Now that you have logged in using one of the available accounts, you can get started. What's happening in the web version Any.do not much different from a mobile application. You also add various tasks and set reminders. To display Any.do There are two modes on PC: Focus Mode(button with three parallel lines) and (button with 9 dots). IN Focus Mode everything is displayed vertically: at the very top of the list are tasks for today, followed by a list of to-dos for tomorrow, and so on. You get 4 columns: Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming and Someday. Also in Any.do for a PC, you can create folders and distribute tasks among them. This option is available on the corresponding tab, which can be accessed by clicking on the folder icon in the upper left corner. That's all, actually.

    Smartphone applications

Smartphones are created to make our lives easier. With their help, many actions have become much easier to do. How long ago did people contact you with the question “How to get to the library?”

Instead of vague explanations from passers-by, you can and should use maps that will show you the correct road, the distance to your destination, and will always be at hand. What about communication with any person on planet Earth at any time?

Notebooks and diaries have also sunk into oblivion. Why have them if all the important information is stored in your pocket, and reminds you of yourself as needed? All that remains is to choose the application that will do this.

We suggest trying Any.do task scheduler. He looks good, can do a lot and is developing. Isn't that why we love apps?

    Appearance

Any.do is famous for its good design and lack of tinsel.

At the top is a quick access window for creating notes. You can start creating a reminder for yourself right there. If you want, by typing text on the smartphone screen, or by voice.

The microphone in the upper left corner is just for this. Not to say that it’s incredibly convenient, but sometimes it’s easier to dictate text than to write it down by hand.

    Setting goals

As I already noted, there is a window at the top for creating notes. Having written down or dictated the text and saved it, you can edit it later. To do this, just tap on the task, after which several new controls will appear.

Priority allows you to separate important and not so important tasks.

Using Google search, you can immediately set a search query with the text of the task.

Notification - Set the date and time when Any Do will remind you of the task.

Notes - additional text for the task. Set yourself a reminder to call a friend, and you can write down the purpose of the call in notes.

Swiping from left to right crosses out a task, sending it to completed. Shaking your phone will clear all completed tasks from the home screen.

    Date

Once you launch the application, you will see the following window. The columns “today”, “tomorrow”, “upcoming tasks”, “someday” - these, as the name suggests, are time periods for which certain tasks are planned.

    Folder

You can display tasks not only by date. By default, there are two folders: “work” and “personal”. Need more? Create and group tasks according to them.

    Plan

Any.do allows you to plan your every day. Yesterday you created a lot of notes, set dozens of goals, and today you go to the “Plan” tab and set the time for each task.

    Calendar

The developers recently released the Cal calendar. Now what you create in Any.do is synchronized with the calendar and vice versa.

    Settings

Here you can customize Any.do in your own way: create additional folders, select the background color, select the first day of the week, the application language, alert sounds, send a link to the program to people from your contact list, whether a pop-up window will be displayed when you miss a call. And much more.

    Working with calls

If you missed or rejected a call, the application will remind you of this with a pop-up window. You can call back immediately, remind you of the call later, or “forget” it altogether.

Quite convenient and useful, especially when there is little time and a lot to do.

Convenient interface, navigation through the application and website.

All the necessary functions for everyday use are available.

Scheduling tasks is convenient and takes only a couple of minutes, which in other applications took up to 20 minutes.

    Synchronization.

    Selecting a theme.

    Flexible settings.

    Cons

In principle, no disadvantages were found, maybe there is some minor disadvantage, but it is not significant and did not affect my choice of Any.do as the best application.

This service can be recommended to anyone who maintains a task list or uses reminders, who is interested in convenient management and ease of adding and editing tasks. One application is suitable for both business tasks and reminders, as well as everyday home tasks. I have my own online store and when I need to process an order at another time, I simply add a “reminder” and it forces me to start processing on time. The overall impression of the service is 5/5, compared to other applications that are very similar, but one way or another, some function was missing for my needs. I recently switched to @Any.Do, but have already managed to appreciate all the advantages of the application and service, I have the full version, so pop-ups don’t bother me and I can easily not be distracted from adding tasks and reminders...

I also wanted to write about the shopping list that my wife uses, but this will turn out to be a long, long text, since she likes to use it when she buys everything she needs for her birthday or similar holiday.

Thanks to the owners of the service for the wonderful application.
