"Locator" and "Supervised Family" services cannot be correctly provided in the 4G network if there is equipment supporting this network. You can change your preferred network bands in your device's settings.
Thanks to the “Surveyed Family” service, each parent will stop constantly wondering where the child is now: at school, at training, on a walk with friends or visiting grandma. Supervised Family service allows you to determine the location of the child and find out what address he is right now.
Information about the whereabouts of the child is private and available only to his parents. The Supervised Family service is based on determining the location of a child's mobile phone in the MTS network. Works on any GSM mobile phone and does not require installation, configuration and launch of additional programs.
The mobile application "Where are the kids", developed for Android OS, will show the location of the child's phone on the screen of the smartphone with the status of "parent". With it, you can see on the map where subscribers with the status of "child" are located. Mobile Internet traffic is not charged.
Parents
You can:
- determine the location of children and other family members from a mobile phone using SMS commands (see the section "Available SMS commands of the service");
- view and change registration data: code, family composition, etc.;
- change your name in the service;
- view and change your location permissions;
- establish a ban on determining your location;
- change the composition of registered family members: delete, add new ones;
- completely disconnect from the service with the deletion of all family data.
Children
Your child enrolled in the service can:
- determine the location of parents* and other family members from a mobile phone using SMS commands;
- view registration data: family code and composition, names of family members;
- change your name in the service.
*Provided that parents have not set a ban on determining their location.
In order to use the service, you need to register your family in the Supervised Family service by following a few simple steps.
After registration, you will be able to determine the location of your family members by sending SMS commands to the short number 7887.

Step 1: Register one of the parents
Send a message to MAMA<ИМЯ>or PAPA<ИМЯ>to number 7887.<ИМЯ>is your name that will be used in the service, from 3 to 20 letters or numbers in length.

Wait for a response to your message, it will contain the CODE assigned to your family. It must be used to register the rest of your family members so that the service will recognize you as a single group in the future.
Step 2: Register your child and other family members*

Location determination
To locate your children registered with the service, send WHERE THE CHILDREN to 7887. You will receive each child in response.
Also you can send a request WHERE<ИМЯ>
<ИМЯ>- the name of the child registered in the service.

* The subscription fee includes an unlimited number of location requests within 30 calendar days (hereinafter referred to as the “billing period”) of the first three subscriber numbers determined during the billing period. Determining the location of the 4th and subsequent subscriber numbers is charged separately.
If one of the three numbers included in the subscription fee is replaced by another number, location determination will be charged in excess of the subscription fee until the end of the current billing period.
The frequency of received requests can be limited to one request every three minutes. The validity period of the service is not tied to a calendar month, but is counted from the moment of the first successful location request. The subscription fee is deducted from all users of the service who performed location requests, regardless of their role in the family.
All tariffs are given in Belarusian rubles, including VAT, rounded up to the next higher number.
When registering, the user receives a 2-week non-tariffed (trial) period of using the service, about which he receives a corresponding notification. The trial period is provided individually to each user of the service and does not depend on his role in the family.
When the end date of the trial period arrives (unless the service is disabled or suspended), the user receives an SMS notification about the end of the trial period (at the same time, automatic schedules are suspended). In the future, the subscription fee will be charged every 30 days, regardless of whether location requests are sent. To stop charging the subscription fee, send the STOP command to 7887.
SMS-messages to number 7887 are not charged.
Requests to determine the location of family members from subscribers who are in partial, forced, voluntary blocking of a subscriber number or blocking "Lost SIM card" are not processed.
You can suspend the use of the service for a while by sending the STOP command to the short number 7887. In this case, you retain the ability to use the service, and to resume using, simply send a search request.
If you do not plan to use the service anymore and want to delete your account from the Supervised Family service, you need to send the DELETE command to 7887.
WEB interface
Registration
To enter the WEB-interface of the services, the subscriber must enter the login and password received after sending the SMS-message LOGIN to number 7888. When logging into the services for the first time through the WEB-interface, the subscriber will be asked to select a role in the family, after which the subscriber will receive a unique code of his family and instructions for registering children and locating them. Requests to 7888 number are not charged.
After authorization on the mpoisk.by portal on an electronic interactive map, the user can view the current location of the family member he has chosen. To do this, click on the family member icon on the right.
The results of location requests made manually or automatically (on a schedule) can be viewed by the user in the Query History section. The user can select the time period for which the report needs to be generated.
Information about completed requests is stored in the Request History for 14 calendar days.
Next, you need to set the tracking frequency (daily, weekdays, weekends, weekdays, once) - for example, “on weekdays” (subscriber location messages will be received every day, excluding Saturday and Sunday) and tracking parameters:
- tracking start date;
- tracking interval - the frequency with which automatic requests for the location of the selected family member will be performed within the specified time interval;
- tracking end date.
Important! It is recommended not to leave the end date "open" (Never mode); - the "Send notifications" checkbox means that messages about the location of the selected family member will be sent to the user's mobile phone;
- Click the OK button to save the schedule.
The accuracy of determining the location of a subscriber in the city center is hundreds of meters, on the outskirts of the city - about a kilometer or more, outside the city, the error in determining the location can reach several kilometers.

1. For the purposes of these Rules:
The terms "family", "child", "mother, father", "parents" are used conditionally; the term "family" means a group of MTS subscribers (in the amount from 1 to 9 inclusive) using the services "Family under supervision (subscription fee)" and "Family under supervision (request)" under the terms of these Rules, to receive these services within this groups; "Mom", "dad", "parents" determine the location of the "child".
The location (SIM card) of the corresponding MTS subscriber is understood to be the central point of the approximate area of the current location of the SIM card of this subscriber, connected to the MTS network using a GSM standard mobile phone, determined using MTS equipment, indicated with an accuracy of hundreds of meters (for settlements) , kilometers or more (for the outskirts of the settlement) and with an error of up to several kilometers (outside the settlement).
2. Service "Family under supervision (subscription fee)" allows the subscriber of JLLC "Mobile TeleSystems" (hereinafter - MTS) on the terms of these Rules to determine the current location (SIM-card) of another MTS subscriber - a member of his family. Includes an unlimited number of SMS and WEB requests during the billing period (30 calendar days) to determine the location of 3 subscriber numbers registered in the subscriber's family.
Service "Surveyed Family (Request)" allow the subscriber of JLLC "Mobile TeleSystems" (hereinafter referred to as MTS), under the terms of these Rules, to generate requests for determining the location (SIM card) of the fourth and any subsequent MTS subscriber - a member of his family by SMS-number 7887 or using the web interface https:/ /mpoisk.by/. Messages to the short number 7887 are not charged when you are in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
3. During the initial connection of the service "Family under supervision (subscription fee)", the subscriber is provided with a test period within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of connection. There is no charge for using the service during the trial period. The test period is provided to the subscriber only once. At the end of this period, the monthly subscription fee begins to be automatically deducted from the subscriber, regardless of the fact that requests were made in the test period. Before the end of the test period, the subscriber receives the appropriate information via SMS. A test period is provided to each family member upon initial connection to the service "Family under supervision (subscription fee)"
A one-time debiting of the monthly fee is made from the subscriber's personal account after the expiration of the test period, then every 30 (thirty) days until the service is disconnected.
If the service is disconnected and reactivated, the test period is not provided, and the monthly fee is debited from the subscriber's personal account on the day of connection, then every 30 (thirty) days until the service is disconnected. If the service is disabled before the end of the trial period, the monthly fee is not charged. The billing period is 30 (thirty) days from the moment the monthly service fee is charged. The billing period is not tied to a calendar month. If the service is suspended before the end of the 30-day billing period, the funds will not be returned.
Users with the "Child" role begin to be deducted every 30 (thirty) days only after they make location requests (including when making location requests during the trial period). If a user with the "Child" role has not made a single location request after connecting to the service, the monthly fee is not deducted from him
The monthly fee from users with the role of "Mom" and "Dad" is charged on the day of connection to the service automatically (or the next day after the end of the test period), regardless of the fact of making requests in this billing period.
A Family can have a maximum of 9 members, including registered parents. The frequency of query execution is limited to a period of 1 query every 3 minutes.
4. Determining the location of the corresponding MTS subscriber using the services "Supervised family (subscription fee)" and "Survened family (request)" is possible only in the coverage area of the MTS network. The service can be provided correctly only in 2G/3G networks. The subscriber can change the list of preferred networks on his own in the settings of his telephone set.
Obtaining these services does not require installation, configuration and launch of additional programs. Applicable mobile applications Services for smartphone users may be installed at the request of the user, but are not required.
Obtaining information about the current location (SIM card) of an MTS subscriber within the framework of the services "Surveyed family (subscription fee)" and "Survened family (request)" is available only to MTS subscribers from among the family members provided for by these Rules, connected to these services.
5. In order to use the services “Surveying family (subscription fee)” and “Surveying family (request)”, an MTS subscriber needs to register an account and all desired subscribers as part of the Service by following the steps below (see the “Registration” section).
After registration, an MTS subscriber will be able to determine the location of his family members in one of the following ways:
· by sending SMS-requests to the short number 7887;
on the website www.mpoisk.by*
* To use the Internet version of the services, you need a login and password received as a result of sending a non-chargeable technological SMS message LOGIN LOGIN to number 7888.
using the mobile application "Where are the children"*

6. Registration
To use the service, an MTS subscriber needs to register his family by following a few simple steps. Tariffication of technological SMS-messages to the short number 7887 is not performed during the registration process.
Registration via SMS interface

Step 3: Locating
To determine the location (SIM cards) of registered children, you must send WHERE ARE CHILDREN to 7887. In response, the MTS subscriber (parent) will receive a message indicating the location (SIM cards) of each child.

to find out the location of only one of the children.

Registration via WEB-interface
To enter the WEB-interface of the services, the subscriber must enter the login and password received after sending the SMS-message LOGIN to number 7888. When logging into the services for the first time through the WEB-interface, the subscriber will be asked to select a role in the family, after which the subscriber will receive a unique code of his family and instructions for registering children and locating them.
Sending an SMS with registration data to number 7887 or the fact of registration using the WEB interface means:
Full and unconditional consent of the subscriber to determine his location (location of the SIM card);
Familiarization of the subscriber, as well as full and unconditional agreement with the Rules for the provision of services "Supervised family (subscription fee)" and "Supervised family (request)".
Internet traffic when accessing the web interface while in international roaming is charged in accordance with the tariff for the international roaming service “GPRS (1MB).
4. Deactivation of services
An MTS subscriber can suspend the use of services for a while by sending a command STOP to the short number 7887. For the period of suspension of the use of services, billing is not carried out, until the first request with a successful location determination, the balance of the subscription fee is not returned. In this case, the MTS subscriber retains the ability to use the services, and in order to resume using, he just needs to send a search request ( WHERE<ИМЯ> or WHERE ARE CHILDREN).
If the MTS subscriber does not plan to use the services anymore and wants to delete his account, the MTS subscriber needs to send a command DELETE to number 7887.
Deleting a "child" is available only to "parents". To do this, send an SMS with the text: REMOVE NAME to 7887.
5. Opportunities when using the services "Supervised family (subscription fee)" and "Supervised family (request)"
After successful registration, the service user will have access to the following options:

7. Working with services via WEB-interface

Configuring Automatic Scheduled Requests
The user can schedule automatic requests for the location of his family members. To do this, in the Schedule section, you must select from the list a family member for whom you want to set a schedule.

All location requests made on schedule can be viewed by the user in Request History.
If the MTS Subscriber's SIM card number is in partial, forced, voluntary blocking of the subscriber number or "Lost SIM card" blocking, requests to determine the location of the MTS Subscriber's SIM card within the framework of the "Family under supervision (request)" service are not processed. The configured automatic schedules are suspended until the blocking is released.

Information about the whereabouts of the child is private and available only to his parents. The service is based on determining the location of the child's mobile phone in the MTS network. Works on any GSM mobile phone and does not require installation, configuration and launch of additional programs.

Important! The maximum use of the system functionality is provided when using a controlled smartphone on the Android platform. For simple phones, the service is limited to tracking location on a map using company data towers.

Connection / disconnection
In order to activate the "Child under supervision" service on MTS, you need to register the first parent in the system and receive a personal family code. To do this, send a short message via SMS to number 7788 with the text MOM (DAD) NAME. A code will be sent in response, it will be used later to register the second parent.
When the need to use the service has disappeared, it can be suspended for a while using the STOP command in SMS to the same short number. This method allows you not to pay a monthly fee, while maintaining the service settings for a quick subsequent connection. And you can also completely abandon the functionality and delete all information from the MTS server by sending a message with the text DELETE to number 7788 (only one of the parents can do it).

How to use the service
The baby care system works with the help of:
- a computer with Internet access through a personal account on the MTS search page, allows you to get all the necessary information in a few mouse clicks without unnecessary difficulties and knowledge;
- phone through the application "Where are the kids" for IOS or Android or the mobile version of the site, also does not require additional resources;
- using SMS commands to the number 7788 from the parent's mobile phone - in this case, you will need to know the texts of the main requests in order to receive operational information.

If you have an iOS or Android device, you should install the application "Where are the kids" , which will greatly facilitate the search, as you can track the position of the child on the map. Naturally, for this you need a permanent Internet connection. In addition, this way you will get access to the full functionality of the service without having to remember SMS commands.
The service "Child under the supervision of MTS" will cost you 100 rubles per month provided that the family group consists of three people.
What information is available to you?
If your child has a regular cell phone, then tracking his location will be done by cell towers. In this case, the permissible error in the city center will be up to 300 meters, and outside the city it can reach 2-3 kilometers. This is a common standard for determining location through networks.
From ordinary mobile phones, you can also access information about the balance and receive periodic notifications about the movements of the child when he leaves the geo-zones set in advance (for example, "SCHOOL", "TUTOR"). Management is carried out using SMS sent to the number 7788.
If the child walks with a smartphone, then the error in determining the place will be much less due to the use of GPS. In addition, you will always know how much battery it has, as well as have statistics and application control on your smartphone via the Internet. All this will become possible by downloading the "Children's Smartphone" application to the child's device. But for this child, he will have to be transferred to MTS if he had another operator.
How to connect and how to disable the service "Child under the supervision of MTS"?
To activate the service, one of the parents must send a request "MAMA / DAD NAME" (for example, "MOMA OLIA") to number 7788. In response, you will receive a confirmation SMS with a five-digit code that will be used to register the second parent: "DAD VITYA a54s7".
After that, you can add numbers of children. To do this, from the phone of the first parent send request: "CHILD [NAME] [NUMBER]". After that, you will need to confirm inclusion in the family group on the child's phone. There can be no more than nine people in the group, including parents. Write-offs for using the service are made from the account of the parent who registered first.
- To find a child by SMS, send the command "WHERE ARE THE CHILDREN". You will receive information about its approximate location with a geo-tag, if it was previously set.
- If for some reason you don’t need the service at the moment (the whole family went to their grandmother, for example), you can suspend its operation by sending the STOP command. This is a temporary shutdown in which all data is saved in the system and you can easily return to use.
To completely deactivate parental control from MTS, dial SMS "DELETE". After that, the created family group will be deleted. Only parents can do this.

The application also has an alarm button, by clicking on which the child can report problems. The application is paid, but it can be used for free for 3 days from the first launch.
Mom knows
Free application from Russian developers for Android and iPhone. The app allows parents to track their child over the phone. With it, you can follow the movements of the phone on the map or record the path for later review.
Family GPS tracker KidControl
A fairly advanced application for Android and iPhone, which is designed to track a child using a phone. With the KidControl app, you can track your child's movements, receive automatic notifications of their arrival at school or home, monitor the battery level and get directions to the child.

If the parent or child does not have an Android or iOS smartphone, then the applications described above will not help. - Megaphone - service "Radar". The mobile operator Megafon has a Rada service that can be used to track the location of a child. The cost of tracking one number is 3 rubles per day. If necessary, you can connect several numbers, in this case, for each additional number, you will be charged another 1 ruble per day. Information can be accessed via SMS messages or on the website radar.megafon.ru.
