Logically, a personal certificate cannot be located on a public site. Well, the logic of an IT specialist is somewhat different from the logic of officials. Therefore, I decided to study the manual called "workplace setup" more carefully. I read the section on certificates, it is written in Russian, two certificates. Root and personal. In the next paragraph, the bus.gov.ru root certificate is already called the server certificate. Assuming that the instructions do not accurately reflect reality, I decided to contact the support service.

Communication with the support service is a separate song. My work experience on the Internet is not a year or two, I had to communicate with various support services. I decided to try the whole process on another machine with licensed win7. At the signing phase, an error occurs again, but this time it's different: "Cannot sign data. Error description. An internal error has occurred in the certificate chain." To resolve this error, I simply installed the missing certificate. Дождался, пока все установится и машина пару раз перезагрузится я попробовал подписать документы. Все получилось, что и требовалось изначально.

I'm starting the data entry process. After completing one section, you must save them. The next step is to sign the digital signature and publish the entered data. I press the cherished button, but a “bummer” awaits me. The browser gives an error: "Problems were found with the sign.cab file."
