    The essence of all of them is the same: your computer connects to some server, downloads certain test files from there, and then sends them back. Based on how quickly data is received and uploaded, the server calculates the average speed of your Internet connection.     When purchasing a monitor, many users do not even think that it can and should be adjusted.
