• How to disable the SuperBit service on MTS?

    Mobile Internet is present on almost all MTS tariffs - in one volume or another. The additional Internet service "SuperBit" is the most popular among mobile operator customers throughout Russia. However, despite the fact that the function provides unlimited traffic, some users are still wondering how to turn off SuperBit on MTS.

    How to disable the SuperBit service: all methods

    There are 5 free ways to turn off the SuperBit Internet tariff:

    USSD command

    To disable the option, dial the following combination of numbers on your mobile phone: * 111 * 628 * 2 # and press the "Call" key. After that, an SMS notification about the deactivation of the service will be sent to your cellular device.

    You can also delete an Internet service by sending a message. To disable the service, type in the text field for SMS "6820" and send a message to the system number 111. After a few seconds, your mobile phone will receive a notification that the function was successfully deactivated.

    It will not be difficult for authorized MTS users to disable the service in their Personal Account. By the way, if you are not yet registered in the system, be sure to register. A personal account gives clients a lot of opportunities. After all, here it is possible not only to turn off or connect additional options, but also to change tariff plans, monitor the status of the account, make money transfers, etc.

    To disable the function, go to your page and go to the "Additional Options" category. After that, the entire list of activated services will appear on the screen of your device. Select the one you want and press the "Turn off" button.

    If for some reason the previous methods do not suit you, you can always refuse the service by calling technical support. To date, there are three numbers by which you can reach the call center:

    • 0890 - a single number for the Russian Federation;
    • +7 495 766 0166 - dial if you are in international roaming;
    • 8 800 250 0890 - for calls from fixed lines within the Russian Federation.

    Despite the apparent simplicity of this deactivation method, there is one thing here. You can wait up to half an hour to connect with the operator, as communication lines are often too busy. But if you like this particular method, we will by no means dissuade you, because it happens that the connection with a technical support employee occurs in the first minutes of the call.

    If it is not a problem for you to get to the nearest office of a mobile supplier, then this method can be called the most advantageous. Firstly, experienced employees of the company will fulfill your request in a matter of minutes, in our case they will deactivate the SuperBit service. And secondly, you can learn about all the new products, promotions and bonus programs of the mobile operator.

    The only thing that will be required of you in this case is to prepare a document proving your identity in advance. Because all manipulations with a SIM card through the office are carried out only with its direct owner.

    Users of the MTS Super tariff plans, as well as subscribers on the RedEnergy and Your Country tariffs, automatically get the opportunity to use the mobile Internet, since the traffic package is already connected to their TS.

    If within two weeks the subscriber has spent more than 150 Mb, then the SuperBIT Smart service is connected to his number. The subscription fee for the additional package is 12 rubles / month. If the client is not satisfied with something, he can always refuse the option.

    To deactivate the package, you can also contact the salon of the mobile operator or call technical support at the above numbers. However, you can also disable the service yourself, for example, by sending an SMS or a USSD request.

    To disable the package via SMS, send a message to 111 with the digital combination 8650.
