If you are using an email client program installed on your computer, then to attach prepared files to a letter, just select them in Explorer and drag them onto the text of the letter with the mouse. And when using any of the online email services (Gmail.com, Mail.ru, etc.), find a link in its interface to attach attachments. For example, in the Gmail service it is placed under the subject line input field and is equipped with a paperclip icon with the inscription “Attach file”. Click it, click the “Browse” button, find the first of the archive files and click the “Open” button.
