• software module “order-delivery (scm). Supply chain management system "folio scm". software module “order-delivery (scm) SCM application

Almost every original program that performs certain tasks has its own file extensions. This allows, among a large variety of software, to quickly distinguish the type of document corresponding to a particular computer program.

For example, the extension ".scm". This format can be used by several different programs. Files of this type contain pre-saved projects for the possibility of further work, editing or converting video fragments recorded from the working screen of the monitor.

    How to open .scm files

The “Screen Camera” program copes with this task remarkably well. Naturally, you will need to download and install the above software on your personal computer (installation is available for any Windows operating system). Actually, you will also need the source itself, which will need to be opened.

Once the program is installed on your PC, you need to run it. After loading, the following window should appear:

The software interface allows you to choose three options:
    — recording mode;
    — a tab that allows you to open the “scm” file and perform various manipulations with it;
    — use of online training materials.
Of course, we are interested in the second option.

After clicking on the second tab, a dialog box will open to select the object of interest to us. We find it and click on the “open” button.

The file is open and you can now view it directly.

In addition, you can see a workspace with five tabs, which are located at the top of the interface and contain various options. In the lower plane there is a control panel for playing video fragments and a small area with buttons for saving and moving back and forth.

    Saving and converting

Quite often, simple reproduction capabilities are not enough. For example, you need to place a video on some video hosting, or simply store it on your computer in a user-friendly extension. To do this, it must be converted from “.scm” to popular formats, such as avi or mkv.

In order to make the necessary transformations, go to the “video creation” tab. We have 3 menu items:

    — the first point allows you to save in various formats;

    — the second launches the DVD burning wizard;

We opt for the first option. Once the selection is made, options appear to select types of common video format extensions.

It doesn't matter which tab you select, the steps for each are exactly the same. Therefore, we will launch the process and receive an output file of the “MKV” type.

After clicking on the menu item that interests us, the following area appears: On the right side there are many options for arranging video encoding and the actual audio track formats. The final choice depends on your preferences and requirements for the file you want to receive as an output.

When the choice is made, all that remains is to click on the “next” button and make fine (manual adjustments) of the necessary parameters (quality, frame size, etc.).

We wait for the process to complete and see a menu indicating success. At this point the work is completed and now you can use the video as you please.

Program "folio SCM *) SCM (S upply C hain M anagement) - supply chain management system or SCM system. A new direction in automating business process management.
Implementation SCM systems implies the choice of the optimal strategy for forming a sales network for the products of a particular company, in which the necessary goods will be delivered to the right place, at a given time, at the lowest cost.
    » (folio Order-Delivery)
    - supply chain management system, automating the work of purchasing departments and logistics enterprise, is designed to track the movement of goods from the order to the supplier to the arrival at the warehouse.
SCM folio system consists of a number of modules responsible for collecting applications, consolidating them, selecting a supplier, coordinating orders, monitoring delivery execution, generating reports (see figure)

Rice. 1. Architecture of SCM - supply chain management system “folio Order-Delivery (SCM)”

Unlike other corporate system modules responsible for automating internal business processes, SCM system is responsible for interaction with the “outside world”, ensuring the full cycle of document flow related to procurement.

Typical scheme for working with the SCM folio program

    Collection of applications

Requests for goods from purchasing organizations are accumulated indicating delivery dates.

All requests within the supply chain management system are linked to a single product catalog with an internal SKU. Applications from clients can be registered interactively directly in the application collection module. If there is integration with the warehouse accounting program "Folio WinWarehouse" and the CRM module, in the latter you can configure the transfer of goods under a supply agreement indicating the quantity and timing. Then an application with a link to the buyer and contract number will appear in the application collection module. In this case, you can track the completion of each request. It is also possible to form summary(generalized) application for a supplier, which will include product articles without linking them to a specific customer, which is justified at high turnover, a large number of customers and if it is necessary to maintain a minimum stock of goods in our own warehouses.

    Consolidation of applications

A mechanism is provided for connecting different algorithms for consolidating applications to implement different purchasing scenarios for users and depending on the method of registering applications from buyers. SCM folio system allows interactive entry of an order to a supplier, as well as holding a competition to select the latter, if there are several suppliers.

    Supplier selection

The supply chain management system supports the raising and updating of price lists of regular suppliers with purchase prices and possible delivery times. If the same product is provided by several suppliers, SCM system will help you choose the best option in accordance with one or another criterion specified by the user, for example, the lowest purchase price.
Selection based on a combination of criteria is possible. The algorithm may include checking for the presence of a sufficient quantity of the requested product in the supplier’s warehouses, production and delivery times, reliability and priority of the supplier in terms of product quality. Direct selection of a supplier from the catalog is allowed.

    Coordination of orders

In the event of a refusal or change in the operating conditions of a particular supplier, the system automatically changes the supply chain by consolidating all unconfirmed orders to form an order for another supplier and can offer a replacement of the product with a similar one (the possibility and range for such a replacement is determined in advance using the settings).

    Delivery control

The supplier's message about the shipment of goods is registered in SCM system. For each consignment of cargo (parcel), the supply chain is tracked according to the planned timing of the stages of the journey from the shipper to its own warehouses. The arrival of cargo is registered by the parcel arrival sign in the procurement system and the delivery note in the warehouse system. If the goods arrived for a specific customer, then simultaneously with the invoice, accounting invoices are automatically created that reserve the goods that arrived for the specified customer.

Sometimes SCM.EXE and other EXE system errors can be related to problems in the Windows registry. Several programs can use the SCM.EXE file, but when those programs are uninstalled or modified, sometimes "orphaned" (incorrect) EXE registry entries are left behind.

Basically, this means that while the actual path of the file may have changed, its incorrect former location is still recorded in the Windows registry. When Windows tries to look up these incorrect file references (file locations on your PC), SCM.EXE errors can occur. In addition, a malware infection may have corrupted the registry entries associated with Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik. Thus, these corrupt EXE registry entries need to be fixed to fix the problem at the root.

Manually editing the Windows registry to remove invalid SCM.EXE keys is not recommended unless you are PC service professional. Mistakes made when editing the registry can render your PC inoperable and cause irreparable damage to your operating system. In fact, even one comma placed in the wrong place can prevent your computer from booting!

Because of this risk, we highly recommend using a trusted registry cleaner such as %%product%% (Developed by Microsoft Gold Certified Partner) to scan and repair any SCM.EXE-related registry problems. Using a registry cleaner, you can automate the process of finding corrupt registry entries, missing file references (like the one causing the SCM.EXE error), and broken links within the registry. Before each scan, a backup copy is automatically created, allowing you to undo any changes with one click and protecting you from possible damage to your computer. The best part is that eliminating registry errors can dramatically improve system speed and performance.

Warning: Unless you are an experienced PC user, we DO NOT recommend manually editing the Windows Registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall Windows. We do not guarantee that problems resulting from incorrect use of Registry Editor can be corrected. You use Registry Editor at your own risk.

Before you manually repair the Windows registry, you need to create a backup by exporting a portion of the registry related to SCM.EXE (eg. Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik):

    1. Click on the button Begin.
    2. Enter " command" V search bar... DON'T CLICK YET ENTER!
    3. While holding down the keys CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, press ENTER.
    4. A dialog box for access will be displayed.
    5. Click Yes.
    6. The black box opens with a blinking cursor.
    7. Enter " regedit" and press ENTER.
    8. In the Registry Editor, select the SCM.EXE-related key (eg. Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik) you want to back up.
    9. On the menu File select Export.
    10. On the list Save to select the folder where you want to save the backup copy of the Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik key.
    11. In the field File name Enter the name of the backup file, for example "Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik backup".
    12. Make sure the field Export range value selected Selected branch.
    13. Click Save.
    14. The file will be saved with extension .reg.
    15. You now have a backup of your SCM.EXE-related registry entry.

The following steps for manually editing the registry will not be described in this article, as they are likely to damage your system. If you would like more information about editing the registry manually, please check out the links below.

To significantly relieve the system of automatically launched applications, you need to disable everything unnecessary and unnecessary at the moment. Easier said than done. Therefore, for many it is a big problem to find those very unnecessary elements in the list of automatically launched programs. To simplify the task, I present to your attention 8 programs that you can safely disable in startup to speed up your system.

    1. iTunes Helper

Surely, this program will be on the list of those who use iTunes to listen to music and/or synchronize their Apple gadgets. This program sits permanently in the computer’s memory and waits for the iDevice to be connected. Once this happens, it launches iTunes. Actually, that's all it's needed for.

The trick is that you can launch iTunes manually when you connect the device. If there is no device, then this program is not needed at all. In both cases it can be disabled.

    2.QuickTime

This is a media player module that may be needed to play some video formats. But why is it in autoload? Can be disabled.

    3. Apple Push

The product also belongs to the Apple company and is used to send notifications to launch other Apple programs that are installed on the system. Essentially, it allows interaction between your device and apps like iCloud on your computer. But experience shows that if you disable this entry, the data is still synchronized. So you can turn it off.

    4. Adobe Reader

Of course, everyone knows the most popular PDF reader. If this program is not used, then there is absolutely no need to keep it running at startup, wasting resources. Can be disabled.

    5. Skype

Many people simply cannot live without communicating on Skype. Some people do this all the time and communicate with work colleagues throughout the day. And some communicate at home with distant relatives once every few days. But the truth is that during installation, Skype is automatically registered in startup and is turned on every time along with the system, which also slows down other startup processes that occur in parallel, since Skype itself is far from a “light” application. You can run it manually as needed and after the system starts.

    6. Google Chrome

The most popular browser also likes to sit in startup, adding update checking modules there. Modules such as Google Update and Google Installer can be disabled. However, the Chrome browser will still update itself.

    7. Evernote Clipper

Being a big fan of Evernote, I still turned off Clipper. And at the same time, I have not experienced any inconvenience in working with him for many years.

    8.Microsoft Office

Microsoft's office suite is quite good and is the standard almost everywhere. But what's the point of autoloading? After all, even without automatic launch, you can open any file in any office program. Turn it off.

In most cases, the reason for a slow PC is that it is cluttered with various applications that we use from time to time, but which start every time we turn on the computer and eat up PC resources while waiting for it to be used. Often this is simply not necessary and such applications can be launched manually as needed, without taking resources from the computer only to have some program waiting for you in memory.

The best way to disable startup for programs is in their settings. But if there are none, then you can use the utility msconfig in Windows XP-7 or Task Manager in Windows 8-10.
