The next day they wrote to me from Biglion with an apology and clarification of the situation, they called from the salon, they cried that Biglion was seriously dealing with them and asked to withdraw the review and the low score. I did not withdraw the review, but Biglion did another unexpected thing - he gave me 500 rubles to my account in the application as moral compensation, with which I could pay 30% of the cost of any coupon. I was simply amazed by such feedback. That is, all reviews and ratings on Biglion are monitored and processed, and not just hit against a blank wall. As for the case itself - this is not the case in all coupons or salons, there are also good ones, here I was just unlucky with the salon itself.
