    4. Settings in calendars. In the control panel, in Contacts, Mail and Calendars, you can make the following settings:

      • New Invitation Alerts: Toggle notifications for assigned new invites using the on/off switch.
      • Time Zone Support: Enabling time zone support means that events set in a different time zone will be shown according to the time zone currently set in the calendar. For example, if you have your calendar set to Paris time and you live in Chicago, events will be shown in Paris time. And when time zone support is turned off, events will be shown in Chicago time (or whatever time zone you are in).
      • Synchronization: allows you to synchronize events from two weeks ago with all events. The more you sync, the more memory will be used for past tasks.
      • Default Alerts: Allows you to create pre-set reminders for Birthdays, Events, Daily routines. When you create a new event in one of these categories, a reminder will be set to the time of the new event.
