The next and final step is "diagnostics", i.e. you need to decide whether or not to allow the phone to send data to Apple's servers. This could be error data or something else. I decided not to do this, and accordingly I chose "Don't Send"(do not send).

I will describe the problems that I had when activating my IPhone 5S, as well as their solutions.
