Resume. Photoshop Express should be regarded as a photo editor that is suitable for working not only with mobile images, but also with raw formats. Theoretically, integration with Adobe Revel would not be superfluous, although this service is relatively not so popular.

On the other hand, Photoshop Express tools are narrow enough to talk about professional photo processing. Yes, basic instruments and effects are available. But many features require additional options rather than one-touch action. Finally, there are no layers or brushes - and this is the main gap of the editor.

Worthy of attention

The AfterFocus editor specializes in blurring the background of images and creating DSLR-style blurry photos, allowing you to flexibly adjust the focus area, determine the level of blur, and other visual parameters. Essentially, it is enough to specify the focus point or designate the blur zone. In addition, AfterFocus allows you to customize filters for the background and foreground, and adjust image contrast using brushes.

It can be argued that the dslr effect looks convincing at least on mobile device screens. At the same time, fairly high resolutions are supported - up to 3264 pixels.

The pro version of AfterFocus implements an interesting experimental feature - “double photo”: one picture is superimposed on another, with the same object. After analysis, the closest object for focusing is selected - accordingly, the user does not need to specify the focus.

Photo Grid - Collage Maker

As the name suggests, this app specializes in making photo collages. Using Photo Grid, it’s quite easy to create a “mix” of several photos, apply several effects, filters, add annotations and stickers, and publish the results on the Web.

A few words about the application tools. For convenient placement of photos, a grid is provided in various variations. Albums are used for convenient categorization. Finally, with Collage Maker you can create presentations using photos, audio and text. All effects, filters and other templates are systematized and available in many variations. In addition, Photo Grid allows you to create a filmstrip - a tape with a plot that includes photos, text and stickers.

Although the application includes standard tools (for example, cropping and zooming), the main function is entertainment. You can also use the application in the field, when you urgently need to make a presentation. Moreover, the toolkit allows you not only to use a variety of tools and available workpieces, but also to export them in optimal quality. Image format: JPG and PNG, video - resolution up to 2048P.

Photo editor with a gentlemanly set of filters, frames, stickers, tools for correcting artifacts and basic editing tools - changing color (temperature, contrast...), annotations and drawing.

A quick inspection allows us to conclude that Photo Editor is still not strong in photo editing (despite the tools listed), but it is quite suitable for using “lazy” filters before sending to social networks - for example, Instagram.

Vignette photo effects - replacement for the standard Android camera. First of all, it will be of interest to fans of analogue and film photography. The camera quite reliably imitates the style of plastic lomo cameras (Diana and Holga), Polaroid photos, cross-processing effects and tilt-shift lenses. In total, the application's tools contain about 70 filters and fifty frames.

As far as the camera's actual functions are concerned, it's not much different in design from a number of alternatives in this category. There are zoom options, delayed shooting and a timer. Remote shutter activation using Bluetooth or a headset is also available.
