Using the Win key, go to the Start menu on the right side, right-click on the Computer item in the Context menu that opens, and select Properties.

The Windows Anytime Upgrade program allows you to upgrade a 32-bit version only to 32-bit, and a 64-bit version only to 64-bit. That is, you cannot upgrade from a 32-bit version to a 64-bit version using the Windows Anytime Upgrade program.

The Windows Anytime Upgrade program is not available on Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise.
