So, before installing the antivirus activation program, you need to add the ESET folder, located on the “C” drive in the “Program Files” directory, to the antivirus exceptions. Let's run the TNOD installation program as an administrator. To do this, right-click on the TNOD file, then select the “Run as Administrator” menu item from the drop-down list.


After this, allow the installed program to make all kinds of changes on the computer by clicking the “Yes” button.


Next, a small window will appear asking you to select the program installation language. I usually leave the default choice - Russian (or Russian). Click OK.

An “Update NOD32 License” shortcut will appear on your desktop. Right-click on it, and then select the “Properties” menu item from the list.

In the window that appears, open the “Compatibility” tab and check the box next to “Run this program as an administrator.” To save the settings, click OK.

Now you need to add several email addresses from which the activation program constantly takes licenses and keys to the list of addresses for which filtering is disabled. Since ESET Smart Security antivirus considers them potentially dangerous. To do this, go to the advanced settings of your antivirus.


Expand the menu item “Internet and email”, then “Protection of Internet access”. From the menu options that appear, select “Manage URLs” as shown in the image below. Also make sure that “List of addresses for which filtering is disabled” is selected. And click the "Add" button.


A small window will appear in which you must enter the address (note that all addresses begin and end with the symbol *) and click the “OK” button.

A notification will immediately appear in the lower right corner informing you that TNOD has started. The program will begin to search for working licenses and keys, and if everything is successful, the message “License inserted correctly” will appear.


Congratulations. All that remains is to update the antivirus database of the ESET Smart Security 6 antivirus. To do this, open your antivirus and go to the “Update” menu item, then click the “Update now” button.

The ESS antivirus database will begin updating.

As soon as the database update is completed, your antivirus will work fully. To make sure of this, go to the “Home Page” of the antivirus, where you will see that maximum protection is guaranteed and the license is valid. You can also see when the license expires.
