• Mod for Skyrim SKYUI Russian version. Skyrim mod SKYUI Russian version of Skyrim special edition inventory mod

    Description:
SkylightUI is a modified SkyUI mod for Skyrim SE. The main focus was on compatibility with later versions of SkyUI without using SKSE.

If we compare with SkyUI 2.2, then in this mod:

    • - Fixed errors in the operation of the mod without SKSE. In particular, a bug with displaying categories in container mode has been fixed.
    • - Missing search widget (depends on SKSE).
    • - Added GiftMenu menu (Give/Take).
    • - Changed calculation of numeric fields with precision to hundredths for compatibility with later versions of SkyUI.
    • - Control keys have been changed for compatibility with later versions of SkyUI (in container mode, the "E" key is to store).
    • - Added support for UltraWide monitors (21:9).

This is essentially a working version of SkyUI for Skyrim SE with some limitations. The variety of icons characteristic of later versions of SkyUI could not be achieved, since the subType field is accessible only through SKSE calls.

    List of changes:
    version 1.2
    - Fixed an error in the installer script that caused unnecessary files to be copied.
    - Fixed alignment of the "Price" field of the ItemCard element.

    version 1.3
    - Fixed a bug that led to crashes from the magic menu when using the "Passive Racial Abilities (SE)" mod and similar ones (thanks to Alecs_Z for testing).
    - Added INI files for screen resolutions: 1280x960, 1280x1024, 1360x768, 1600x1024, 1600x1200, 2560x1600.
    - In the version of the mod for UltraWide monitors, a book reading menu (bookmenu) has been added.

    Requirements:
Skyrim Special Edition 1.4.2.0.8 and higher

    Installation via "Nexus Mod Manager":
    1. Install the mod via "Nexus Mod Manager".
    2. Find the folder "Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Interface\skyui\INI\". Next, go to the folder corresponding to your screen resolution. Copy the text from the "SkyrimCustom.ini" file and paste it into your "SkyrimCustom.ini" file, located in the "My Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\" folder. If you do not have such a file, you can simply copy it. This step is necessary for the inventory preview animation to display correctly.

    Manual installation
    1. Find the "Data/" folder of your Skyrim SE installation. Usually it is located here - "Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition".
    2. Unzip the mod archive.
    3. Copy the folder "00_MAIN_FILES\standard\Interface" or "00_MAIN_FILES\ultrawide\Interface" (depending on your monitor type) from the archive files to the "Data/" folder of the game.
    4. Find the font folder "01_FONT_CONFIGS" in your archive files. Select the desired font folder (Large, Normal, Small). Copy the "Interface" folder from the font folder to the "Data/" folder of the game.
    5. Find the folder of icon sets "03_ICON_SETS" in your archive files. Select a set of icons (Celtic, Curved, Psychosteves, Straight). Copy the "Interface" folder from the icon pack folder to the "Data/" folder of the game.

    Removal via "Nexus Mod Manager":
Remove or deactivate the mod via Nexus Mod Manager.

    Manual removal
Remove files from the game folder "Data/" that were installed during the manual installation procedure.

    Problems and their solutions:

    - Why is the inventory preview animation not displayed correctly?

See step 2 of the installation procedure via "Nexus Mod Manager".

    - Why do all types of weapons have the same icons?

Without the SKSE module, there is no way to get information about subtypes from the game, so a variety of icons could not be implemented.

    - I have an UltraWide monitor. How can I set the screen resolution I want?

You need to find the folder "My Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition" and add/edit the lines in the "" section of the "SkyrimPrefs.ini" file:

    • bBorderless=1
    • bFull Screen=1
    • iSize H=1080
    • iSize W=2560

Or instead of 2560x1080, specify the screen resolution you need.

    Thank you
Many thanks to the entire SkyUI team: snakster, T3T, Mardoxx and others. Thanks to GreatClone and psychosteve for the icon sets.

Current release status: unsupported alpha version
    Use at your own risk.

    • Version 5.x expands the entire menu, including: crafting, enchanting, alchemy and blacksmithing.

    Installation

STEP 1: Install Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE64)

    • Download the archive SKSE64 from the site skse.silverlock.org, and unpack it to the root directory Skyrim.
    • Required version SKSE64 2.0.4 alpha (runtime 1.5.3 ) or newer.
    STEP 2: Install SkyUI
    • Find the folder Data/ in the root directory of the installed Skyrim. For example, D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\
    • Unzip the files from the archive into a folder Data/
    • In the main menu, select "Modifications" and activate SkyUI.esp
    • Or activate .esp using any file manager (for example)

    Note

What does it mean « unsupported alpha version » ?
    • SkyUI required SKSE64, which is currently still in alpha, so SkyUI simply inherits this state.
    • This is a full release. All functions of the version NOT for S.E. should work.
    • Installation instructions are not yet available. If you need help setting it up, you should wait for the stable version.
    • Only short-term testing has been carried out, so bugs may still occur. Please report any problems you encounter.
    • Updates may not be backward compatible. If everything goes well, they will. But if not, be prepared to roll back to an earlier save.
    • FYI, the game update 1.5.3 added a Survival mode that affects some of the interface even if you are not using the Survival mode.
    • If you were using version 5.1SE, the 5.2SE update will fix the broken difficulty switch and missing Survival mode checkbox.
    • In addition, Survival mode is still not fully supported, and it is not yet possible to say with certainty when exactly this will be fixed.

SkyUI (SE) is a change in the game interface in the game Skyrim SE to a more convenient one with advanced features. If for some reason you don’t like the new interface, but want the game to have an MSM menu, then install another addon, which will return the default interface, but the MSM section will remain.

    Update:5.2 (SE) Fix from
    - The mod itself was not updated, only the .esp file was corrected. The original .esp file of the mod was not previously supported by the built-in game manager, i.e. it was impossible to activate it in the "Modifications" section in the game itself without a third-party manager (MO2) or editing plugins.txt along the path (c:\users\name\appdata\local\skyrim se\). Therefore, I added a link to skyrim.esm to the original.esp file and now there is no need to dance with a tambourine with activation, because when adding mods and sorting, SkyUI automatically turned off and did not work accordingly.

    Update:5.2 (SE)
    - Added support for game version 1.5.3.0.8 and higher and SKSE64 2.0.4 and higher.
    - If you used version 5.1SE in the game 1.5.3.0.8, then update to 5.2SE to fix the broken game difficulty slider and the missing option to activate survival mode, if you have the game version 1.4.2.0.8, then stay on the SkyUI version 5.1SE
    - Also, survival mode in game 1.5.3.0.8 is still not fully supported and I don't know when I'll have time to fix that.
    * it turns out that the previous version of SkyUI 5.1SE was intended only for the game version 1.4.2.0.8 and SKSE64 2.0.2 alpha, so it did not work correctly on the game version 1.5.3.0.8, in general, 2 versions of SkyUI will be downloaded, for the game 1.4 .2.0.8 and 1.5.3.0.8
    - I also re-uploaded the SkyUI 5.1SE version, translated some options in the SkyUI settings, but they were not translated.

    Update:5.1 (SE)
    - Adaptation of SkyUI for the game Skyrim SE, since this is the first release, the author warns that there is no support in terms of bugs and errors, this is an alpha version for testing and therefore use at your own risk.
    - Requires game version 1.4.2.0.8 and SKSE64 2.0.2 alpha.
    * On my own: I corrected the localization that was built into SkyUI itself, corrected incorrect translation in some options, corrected the initial capital letters of secondary words, for example it was “Number of Icon Groups”, secondary words will be with a small letter, in the form of “Number of Icon Groups”. in icon groups" and so on. Pop-up notifications have also been translated; in the original Nexus mod, no one translated them naturally, since these notifications are in scripts, and the scripts are general.
** If you installed any unofficial versions of SkyUI for Skyrim SE made by other authors, then delete all files from these SkyUI, in the new version of SkyUI SE there are only 2 files SkyUI_SE.bsa and SkyUI_SE.esp

    What does "unsupported alpha" mean?
    * SkyUI SE requires SKSE64, which is currently still in alpha, so SkyUI simply inherits that state.
    * SkyUI SE is a complete release in terms of functionality that was previously available for the game Skyrim LE. All functions should work.
*SkyUI SE has been tested for a short period of time, so there may be bugs that were not discovered. Please report any problems you find to us.
*Updates to future SkyUI SE may not be backward compatible with the previous version of SkyUI SE. If everything goes well, then everything will be compatible, that is, with future updates you can then simply play further with the new version, but if global changes and corrections are made, then be prepared to return to an earlier save of the game, which does not yet have SkyUI SE installed .

    - Ability to use keyboard, mouse and/or joystick

    Map menu

When developing improvements to the map menu, we relied on the fact that as the game progresses and the number of markers on the map grows, finding the desired location becomes an increasingly time-consuming task

    Location search functions:
    - By clicking the corresponding button, a window will open with a list of already known locations, from which you can select the one you need;
    - The map view will move to the selected location, and it will also be highlighted for a few seconds;
    - Location markers added by mods are supported

    Displaying active magic effects

    Functions:
    - Now, instead of constantly opening the magic menu and seeing what magical effects are currently affecting your character, you can see them directly on the screen.
    - For effects that change the characteristics of the character, the corresponding icons are used.
    - A scale is displayed next to temporary effects, showing the remaining duration of action.
    - All types of magical effects from the original game, as well as content from mods, are supported.
    - You can adjust the size of icons and set their position on the screen, this is an optional feature, if you wish, you can disable it in the MSM settings menu of SkyUI

    Menu favorites

    Favorites menu:
    - New Favorites menu provides a quick way to access important items
    - To improve it, some additions and changes have been made:
Three additional equipment filtering categories (weapons + armor), assistance (potions + ingredients), magic (spells + shout)
Compact list item with larger area and improved hotkey support
Added icons for each inventory group

Another major feature of the new Favorites menu is the 8 customizable group items
    - These groups are accessed through the window at the bottom of the "Favorites" list and are controlled directly in the MSM menu
    - This makes it more convenient to use without including the extended "Groups" category in the MSM menu
    - Each element in the group is processed, depending on its type:
    - Armor, clothing and accessories are assigned to hotkeys for quick equipment
    - Potions and poisons are applied to the current weapon
    - Weapons, shields and spells, with full support for dual wield combinations
    - Groups can also be called up using customizable hotkeys without entering the menu
