1. Launch the registry. Press the Win+R key combination on your keyboard. The Run window will open. Enter the command “regedit” in the row opposite the word “Open” and click Ok.

Since this is not just a notepad file to correct, I had to work a little more here. Although some people use other programs, such as ResHacker for example, I used this one. I was pleased with the result. Please note that the phrase “Welcome” must be changed twice: in the fifth line and in the eighth. Save the file to your desktop.
