The recording settings can be left as default.

We only configure:

sampling frequency – 48khz;

channel – stereo;

desktop audio device – speakers;

mic/aluxiliary audio device – microphone.

The base and output resolution can be left as is, but if you have little powerful computer, then it is better to reduce the output resolution.

Scaling filter - Lanczos method to get a sharper image.

FPS (frames per second) values ​​are better than 60, but if lags appear during broadcasting, reduce to 30.

Getting started with OBS Studio

You will see a window with a blank screen and a set of functions at the bottom. This is where you'll create a "scene" and specify sources for your broadcast. How to set up a webcam for streaming

How to set up sound in OBS
