Everything is ready, now the name of your headphones should move to the “Connected Devices” section, and the status should be “Connected”. This means that the headphones are connected to the phone and all sound from the phone is now heard in the headphones.

That's it, pairing is completed successfully. Your headphones' status should change to "Connected", which means they are already working with your iPhone or iPad. Enjoy superior sound. A2DP, on the other hand, supports several codecs that encrypt the original digital audio signal for transmission over Bluetooth. All devices equipped with Bluetooth support so-called basic codecs (SBC), but may also support additional codecs such as Apt-X, AAC, MP3, etc. They provide better audio quality than SBC, and Apt-X is the most advanced audio codec available today.

The base SBC codec uses a limitation frequency range transmitted signal with a sharp drop in frequency response above 14 kHz, so it is not suitable for high-quality listening to music. MP3 and AAC codecs are built on the basis of unprofitable “intelligent” data compression with information losses, due to which the sound quality also deteriorates.

The Apt-X codec uses ADPCM audio processing technology, which is lossless data compression, supporting 16 and 24-bit processing, and width dynamic range up to 120 dB. In fact, the differences between it and MP3/AAC codecs are the same as between audio files compressed in MP3/WMA and FLAC/WAV. At the same time, the Apt-X codec can transmit audio encoded in MP3 and AAC without additional processing, without compromising its quality.

How to connect wireless headphones to your phone, computer or tablet?

As a rule, purchased headphones include detailed instructions. If you don’t have it at hand, then you will have to do the following:

1. Configure Bluetooth on the transmitting device.
2. Connect to headphones.
