We made almost no preparation for the trip and went at random. Let me give you a simple example: we are approaching Brussels. And there I will be guided by tourists.” We parked and followed the map to walk around the squares and cathedrals. In the end, everyone was very pleased with Brussels and thanked me for taking them around such a wonderful city.

Second example. Paris. We only have one day in Paris. What to do? Everyone began to remember everything they had heard and seen about Paris. I have indicated points on the map that are a must-see. Based on them, I planned optimal route. And we had a great walk for about 8 hours everywhere we had planned. There was a request from friends for a store, I quickly led everyone to an excellent supermarket for locals. And so everywhere!

And try to find desired point in the narrow streets of Venice? We saved time everywhere, we were on time everywhere. The company had already forgotten about orientation in space and boldly went where I showed... In Riga, a scene with local friends: “I forgot where that pub is...” I take out my smartphone: “I’ll bring it right away!”

Maps.me is almost omnipotent. The only thing it lacks is walking routes... What the program does best, it essentially doesn’t do. You need to navigate yourself, where is the shortest walking path from point A to B.

Are there any errors on the map? Yes there is, but I close my eyes to it. Somewhere down the subway, not in that house, but in the one next door. Somewhere the bar has already closed, but it’s on the map. But in the vast majority of cases, everything coincides with the map one way or another!
