    How to work with voice chat?

If we talk in more detail, then first you need to create a server, and voice or text channels (chat rooms) are created within the server.

    1. Launch Discord;
    2. Right-click on the name of the server - its icon is located on the left side of the working window;

    The same thing will happen if you simply click on the plus sign next to existing channels. By the way, at this stage you can convert the voice channel into a text channel and vice versa. In order for voice communication to work in Discord in Russian, you will also need to set up a microphone and headphones (headset). This is done through the profile settings.

    2. Then in the lower left part of the window next to the user name you need to click on the picture with a gear;

In the same way, you can ask to join the voice channel from other users: by receiving a special invitation link. Simply press one of these buttons and the microphone or headphones will be turned off.
