    BONUS
    Earl tablet computer

    The device with the name is not a smartphone, but a tablet computer, and therefore it fell into this review only as a bonus. Nevertheless, this is an incredibly useful device for extreme sports enthusiasts, which will allow its restless owner to survive even in the harshest conditions on the planet.

    The most useful feature of the Earl tablet is its battery life. In this case, the battery capacity is not at all important, because even with a low indicator, this “tablet” can work for several tens of hours. The fact is that the Earl screen is created on the basis of E-Ink electronic ink technology, and therefore requires practically no energy, despite the fact that regular tablets It is the display that is the main consumer of electricity.

    Moreover, the back panel of the Earl tablet has a solar battery, which allows you to replenish the battery power in this device without access to the mains. Five hours of charging in the sun will allow the device to work up to twenty hours in medium energy consumption mode.

    The Earl tablet is equipped with a shockproof case that is protected from water, dust and dirt. This device will go with its owner through the most severe weather and natural conditions, without failure and, moreover, providing assistance in extreme situations.

    The device is equipped with a GPS module, as well as other wireless communication interfaces, including an analog radio station.

    However, extreme sports enthusiasts do not necessarily have to go to the other end of the planet for thrills, protecting themselves with special “smart” devices. It’s enough just to visit, which hovered at an altitude of 40 meters above the ground.

    Even the most sophisticated smartphones from well-known brands cannot withstand the “blows of fate.” Falls from heights, water, sand, dirt - all this sooner or later disables any equipment. The Internet project “Be Mobile” has selected the 10 most shock- and water-resistant smartphones.

    We continue to publish selections of the most interesting mobile devices. We recommend reading:

    How many screens have been broken when smartphones fell from a height? How many devices “died” after being immersed in water? Tens, hundreds of thousands, millions? There are no exact statistics on this matter, but the data service centers show that the two most common problems (without taking into account manufacturing defects) that consumers come with are: broken screen and water that got inside the mobile device.

    For this reason different manufacturers Technicians are increasingly thinking about producing protected models. Such devices have a reinforced body with a metal frame, rubber linings, a sealed design and a waterproof coating.

    All protected models are marked with the degree of protection of the electrical equipment shell from penetration of solid objects and water - Ingress Protection Rating (abbreviated IP). You can read about what the numbers in this classification mean.

    Correspondents of our Internet project examined 50 secure phones with powerful batteries and selected 10 options that we are ready to recommend as a purchase. First of all, we took into account models with protection classes IP67 and IP68. They are capable of surviving falls on asphalt from a height of two meters, as well as immersion in water to a depth of 1 meter for a period of 30 minutes to 1 hour, without compromising performance.

    id="sub0">

The operating temperature range is from minus 25 to plus 55 degrees Celsius.

    Protection from damage is provided by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The smartphone recognizes the touch of wet fingers and gloved hands. The screen here with a diagonal of 4.7 inches corresponds to the qHD format. The image is readable even in bright sunlight.

    Among the undoubted advantages, we note the work in 4G networks and a high-capacity battery, which will allow the device to operate for three days under average loads.

    The disadvantages include the camera, which takes very mediocre quality pictures and the screen is not the best in terms of picture (low resolution at large diagonal). Otherwise, apart from the price, everything is in order.

    Price: 16,990 rubles

    Protection class: IP68 - shockproof and waterproof housing

    Camera: main - 5 megapixels with flash, front - 2 megapixels

    Communications: mobile networks 2G/3G/4G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n

    Battery: 3000 mAh

    Dimensions, weight: 142x73x13.2 mm, 181 g

    Our rating includes another representative of the Caterpillar smartphone line - CATerpillar S31. Unlike the older model, the screen is reduced to 4.5 inches, and the matrix itself is replaced from IPS to TFT TN. Because of this, the picture on the display is faded, and the fonts seem rough due to the low resolution. The camera, like the older model, is very budget-friendly. It takes off weakly.

    Among the advantages of the model, it is worth noting the shock-resistant and waterproof case with IP68 class, a hardware platform that allows the smartphone to work without freezing, and 4G support. The 3,000 mAh battery will provide operation for three days with an average load.

    Ginzzu RS9602

    Blackview BV7000 Pro is an inexpensive device, protected from both water and drops, with quite big screen and average productivity. In the segment of rugged models there are almost no devices with a diagonal of 5 inches, and those that are presented are very expensive. Compared to them, the Blackview BV7000 Pro has an undoubted advantage - a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels (294 ppi). This is a TFT type, and therefore the picture is not as bright as flagship models. There is a light sensor. Otherwise, the smartphone is a typical budget phone.

    Water protection is implemented, as in classic devices, using plugs. The plugs themselves are made well, they are unlikely to quickly become unusable. But you need to understand that over time they lose their tightness, their service life is 1.5-2 years ideally, then problems are possible.

    The phone clearly fits the needs of the target audience; this is a good offer for those who love an active lifestyle and work in harsh conditions.

    Professional activities associated with increased risks, an active lifestyle and even a simple desire to enjoy the operation of a new device longer are forcing more and more people to think about buying a phone in a protected case. Smartphones with shock-resistant casing, water resistance and dust resistance can withstand the most severe loads without any consequences. However, even such devices must meet a number of requirements, so our rating of the best rugged phones and smartphones will help you decide on the model that is suitable for your needs.

    The best rugged phones

    This type of phone is mainly purchased by construction workers, extreme sports enthusiasts, military personnel and hiking enthusiasts. In each of these cases, the user does not require significant processor power and a large display diagonal. But battery life, degree of security, ease of design, quality of communication, as well as reliability and durability in professional activities or during long trips come to the fore. And the best choice in this case would be a secure push-button phone, because almost no smartphone can compare in reliability with such a device.

    1. SENSEIT P3

    The first place in the ranking is taken by a secure mobile phone from the SENSEIT brand. The manufacturer’s devices have been present on the Russian market for more than 5 years, which has allowed them to gather their own army of fans around them. However, previously the owner trademark SENSEIT was engaged in the supply of various devices for mobile operator Megafon, so there is no doubt about the experience of this brand.

    As for the P3 model, it is a well-assembled “bar” with rubber ridges around the perimeter of the case, designed to protect the phone during falls. The phone weighs 180 grams and its thickness is 21.5 mm, making SENSEIT P3 the thinnest device in this category. Among the useful features of the reviewed model, we can highlight a bright flashlight, which is turned on using a separate button on the left side. By the way, he can work not only in standard mode continuous glow, but can also transmit an SOS signal.

    The technical characteristics of the SENSEIT P3 cannot be called impressive, but for its price the device can pleasantly please with a high-quality 2.4-inch display with a resolution of 320x240 pixels and a 3.2-megapixel camera with the ability to record video, which is quite decent for the class of devices under consideration. The RG150 Traveler model from the RugGear brand is reliable phone with the most capacious battery in the reviewed category. The device is different attractive design, rubberized shock-resistant casing, as well as IP68 protection, allowing immersion to a depth of two meters for 30 minutes. The device is also capable of boasting shock protection according to the military standard MIL-STD-810G, so it is not afraid of falls from a height of up to 2 m.

    What's Most Impressive About the RG150 Traveler LED flashlight, with a brightness of 100 lm. This indicator provides an impressive glow range of up to 10 m, when in most secure phones you can count on a maximum of 2 m. The flashlight is turned on using a button on the left side, and the user has 3 operating modes to choose from: continuous light, strobe and SOS signal. . But that’s not all, because after complete shutdown RugGear RG150 Traveler his flashlight continues to work for almost half an hour.

    Among the unique features of the phone, it is worth highlighting the full-fledged USB port, which is hidden under a plug on the right side. It outputs 5V/0.5A, so if necessary, you can charge other devices, such as a smartphone or fitness bracelet, through this connector. At the back of the RG150 Traveler there is an external speaker, a 1.3 MP camera module, and two screws to secure the cover. By removing the latter, the user will have access to a 2400 mAh battery, as well as connectors for 2 SIM cards and a microSD memory card (up to 32 GB).

    Advantages:

    • high brightness of the flashlight;
    • three glow modes;
    • support for two SIM cards;
    • moisture protection according to IP68 standard;
    • capacious battery;
    • presence of a USB connector.

    Flaws:

    • quality of plugs;
    • unnecessary camera.

    3. Seals VR7

    The British company Seals Technologies is a fairly young market player, but it has already managed to establish itself as a manufacturer of high-quality phones with shock-resistant and waterproof housing. One of such devices is the VR7 model, which has a GPS module, as well as Bluetooth version 2.0 and a voice recorder. The device is also equipped with a bright flashlight, a digital compass, a weather forecast program, a convenient task scheduler and pre-installed application for reading e-books.

Builders, installers, and similar workers will love the Seals VR7's military-grade MIL-STD-810G impact protection.

    The battery capacity here is only 1750 mAh, but thanks to the energy-efficient single-core processor and good shell optimization, the device can work for 12 hours with continuous talk and 2 months in standby mode. The only downsides of the phone are the high cost of 18,000 rubles, as well as support for memory cards up to only 8 GB.

    4. Runbo X1

    The last place in the category went to the best manufacturer of rugged phones – Runbo. With an average price of 10,000 rubles in front of us ideal option devices for active people, geologists, builders, and other specialists. Model X1 is a typical representative of the class of protected devices: a combination of yellow and black colors, protection from water and dust according to the IP67 standard, as well as a large 2200 mAh battery (up to 16 hours of talk time) and a bright flashlight. In addition, the phone boasts a light indicator to notify you of missed calls or messages and the presence of Bluetooth.

    But the main feature of the device is a built-in 1 W walkie-talkie with a removable antenna. If the latter is installed on the phone, then the signal reception range is 5 km. The radio operates in the frequency range from 400 to 470 MHz. As for the disadvantages of the Runbo X1, the first thing to note here is the camera. Its resolution is only 0.3 megapixels, so the purpose of installing this module is completely unclear. Otherwise, we have a reliable phone with powerful battery and a good 2-inch matrix with a resolution of 220x176 pixels.

    Advantages:

    • price-quality ratio;
    • bright and high-quality display;
    • presence of a radio with a range of 5 km;
    • protection from dust, water and shock;
    • the build quality is excellent;
    • loud speaker.

    • tick camera;
    • weak flashlight.

    The best rugged smartphones

    The phones discussed above are not suitable for all users, because most people do not work in the construction industry or do rock climbing. But what if you want to enjoy all the capabilities of your smartphone, but don’t want it to break after just a few hits on the floor or falling into a puddle? In this case, secure smartphone models are an excellent choice. Such devices are characterized by excellent shock resistance and can be immersed in water without any consequences. As a result, you get a reliable and functional device, suitable for both a fishing trip and convenient surfing the Internet.

    1. Samsung Galaxy XCover 3 SM-G389F

    Samsung's XCover line offers users some of the best rugged smartphones with good quality assemblies. The South Korean giant has practically no competitors in this niche, and perhaps only Sigma, Blackview, Nomi and CATerpillar can offer truly worthy alternatives in mass availability. Rare representatives of the class can also be found in products from Alcatel and HOMTOM, which are also included in our rating.

    According to this reason Samsung Galaxy XCover 3 is generating great interest among users. This smartphone is equipped with a high-quality 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 800x480 pixels. The pixel density of the screen of the model in question is 207 ppi, and the PLS matrix itself is covered with protective glass. The hardware component of the device is powered by a 4-core chip from Marvell with a frequency of 1300 MHz, and is complemented by Vivante GC7000UL graphics and 1.5 gigabytes of RAM. This hardware provides excellent performance when working with the browser, communicating in instant messengers and other simple applications. But the Galaxy XCover 3 is not suitable for games.

    The manufacturer has equipped its popular smartphone with a shock-resistant and waterproof case (military standard MIL-STD-810G and IP67, respectively). The device has 8 GB of built-in storage, of which only 4.3 GB is available to the user. If this volume is not enough for you, you can increase it by external drives microSD format with a capacity of up to 128 GB.

    Advantages:

    • bright and responsive screen;
    • balanced hardware;
    • support for memory cards up to 128 GB;
    • price/feature ratio;
    • shockproof and waterproof housing;
    • small thickness (only 9.95 mm).

    Flaws:

    • no light sensor;
    • battery capacity (2200 mAh).

    2.HOMTOM HT20 Pro

    The HT20 Pro model from the HOMTOM brand is an excellent solution for your money. In stores, this device can be found for only 8-9 thousand rubles, which is an excellent offer. Key advantage The presented model features IP68 protection from moisture and dust in the phone, as well as a shock-resistant housing. HT20 Pro has a tray for two micro SIM cards and a high-quality 4.7-inch IPS screen with HD resolution. The device offers the user a full set of sensors: proximity, lighting, fingerprint scanner.

    The smartphone's hardware platform is also capable of pleasing its buyer. It has a MediaTek MT6753 chip with 8 cores at 1.3 GHz, as well as Mali-T720 graphics with 3 cores at 450 MHz. RAM in HOMTOM HT20 Pro operates at a frequency of 800 MHz, and its volume is 3 GB. The smartphone has 32 gigabytes of built-in storage, but if this is not enough for the user, he can install a microSD memory card with a capacity of up to 64 GB. It is extremely important that the latter is not combined with one of the SIM cards, because all slots are located under a cover secured with 10 screws, behind which there is also a silicone sealing gasket and a removable 3500 mAh battery.

    Advantages:

    • fingerprint scanner;
    • good protection from water, dust and shock;
    • capacious battery and bright flashlight;
    • excellent hardware platform;
    • separate slots for SIM and microSD.

    Flaws:

    • low maximum display brightness;
    • The charging port is too recessed;
    • camera quality.

    3. Alcatel OneTouch Go Play 7048X

    The Alcatel brand cannot be called an experienced player in the rugged device market. Although the manufacturer had plans to release such a device a long time ago, the first smartphone of this class appeared in the company’s model line only in 2015. At first glance at the OneTouch Go Play 7048X, it becomes clear that the manufacturer did not want to sacrifice design for the sake of reliability, so he tried to fit everything into one device. It turned out, we must admit, just perfectly: protection from moisture and dust according to the IP67 standard, an impact-resistant case, a small thickness of 9.2 mm and a weight of only 151 grams. Moreover, in order to make its first secure smartphone among the target audience, the manufacturer took care of a variety of body colors, including pink, white, turquoise, black, as well as their combinations with each other and other colors.

    The hardware platform of the device is also an argument in favor of purchasing the Alcatel OneTouch Go Play: Snapdragon processor 410 with 4 cores of 1.2 GHz and Adreno 306 graphics (400 MHz frequency). But the RAM in this smartphone is only 1 GB and this is a clear omission on the part of the manufacturer. And its operating frequency of 533 MHz does not improve performance either. One of the disadvantages is also only 8 GB of built-in storage, of which only 5 is available to the user. At the same time, you can expand the memory microSD cards only 32 GB or less, so install a lot of applications as well as store large number The owner of OneTouch Go Play will not be able to access music and movies.

    If it were not for these shortcomings, then at the price stated by the manufacturer, the considered model from the Alcatel brand would become a worthy competitor to other secure smartphones on the market. However, for now we have a good device with a stylish design, a high-quality 5-inch HD matrix, a 2500 mAh battery and a bright flashlight.

    Advantages:

    • attractive appearance;
    • reliable assembly;
    • bright and rich matrix;
    • good “filling”;
    • dimensions and weight.

    Flaws:

    • little RAM and ROM;
    • microSD support only up to 32 GB;
    • weak cameras.

    The best rugged smartphones with a powerful battery

    Rugged mobile phones make you happy with their autonomy, but are completely unsatisfied with their capabilities? Then pay attention to the third category of devices - the best shock-resistant smartphones with a capacious battery. Such models cope well with most modern tasks, such as playing videos and music, communicating in instant messengers, accessing the Internet, and even running undemanding games. But their main advantage is for a long time autonomous operation, which is important when leaving for a long time without connectivity charger or an external battery.

    1. Conquest S8

    In first place in the TOP of smartphones with a powerful battery is the Conquest S8 model. This is a high-quality device with an attractive design and excellent features. The device has a large 6000 mAh battery and two slots for SIM cards, separated from the slot for installing a microSD drive. The maximum size of the latter, by the way, can be 128 GB, and the size of the storage built into the smartphone is 16 gigabytes. As for other characteristics, depending on the version they are as follows: Snapdragon 410 (4 x 1.2 GHz) + Adreno 306 (400 MHz) or MediaTek MT6735 (4 x 1.3 GHz) + Mali-T720 (2 x 600 MHz). The display of both modifications is represented by an IPS matrix with a diagonal of 5 inches and a resolution of 720x1280 pixels (HD). In addition to the shock-resistant case, the manufacturer took care of protecting the smartphone from moisture getting inside according to the IP68 standard. Among the useful features of Conquest S8, we can highlight the presence infrared port, NFC, as well as a 1 W walkie-talkie operating in the 400-480 MHz range.

    Advantages:

    • excellent assembly;
    • hardware platform;
    • presence of NFC and infrared port;
    • walkie-talkie function;
    • capacious battery;
    • two slots for SIM cards and LTE support;
    • excellent matrix.

    Flaws:

    • quiet speaker;
    • bad camera, creates a lot of noise when taking pictures;
    • The compass may malfunction.

    2.Nomu S30

    Our rating is completed by a smartphone with an ideal price-quality ratio – Nomu S40. This device It is protected from dust and moisture according to the IP68 standard, and also has a shock-resistant housing. The resolution of the 5.5-inch screen used in this model is 1080x1920 pixels (Full HD), and it is complemented by an excellent hardware platform: Helio P10 processor (4 x 2 GHz and 4 x 1.2 GHz), 2-core Mali-T860 video chip (700 MHz), 64 GB of built-in standard storage and 4 gigabytes of RAM (933 MHz). With these characteristics, the device scores 52 thousand points in the AnTuTu test, which guarantees good performance in any application. This smartphone, as is clear from user reviews, is capable of handling even modern games, although in some cases you will have to sacrifice graphic settings. The battery capacity of this phone is 5000 mAh, and another trump card of the device is support for the fast charging function.

    Advantages:

    • presence of a flashlight;
    • excellent hardware;
    • capacious battery;
    • quality of assembly and parts;
    • high-quality matrix;
    • slots for a pair of SIM and microSD cards;
    • GPS operating speed.

    Flaws:

    • at maximum load the battery drains quickly;
    • compass operation;
    • outdated camera matrix.

    Which phone is better to buy

    Smartphones and phones protected from shock, dust and moisture have long ceased to be huge devices without an expressive design. Now the user can easily choose a reliable device that can provide high level reliability, excellent functionality and excellent autonomy in an attractive and compact package. You can choose the optimal model for your requirements thanks to our review of the best secure push-button phones and smartphones, in which we included 9 of the most interesting devices.

    Neither more nor less - the most sophisticated shockproof smartphone in the world. Just like Xiaomi did fashionable smartphones with a capacious battery, Motorola was the first to create a prestigious rugged smartphone in the body of a regular model.

    The experiment began with the 2015 Moto X Force. At that time, the model was super-top, with one main difference from its competitors - a screen covered with several layers of protective plates. All other characteristics of the armor-Moto were typical for flagships, and the stupid Snapdragon 810 processor, and cheap cameras were inferior to the creations of Samsung and Apple, but the X Force was far from a budget device, which was incredibly difficult to break, and due to this it became a cult

    a mobile phone (as opposed to the shame and disgrace in the form of the reincarnation of Nokia 3310). Therefore, it is not surprising that Motorola released a rugged model for the Z-series in 2016.

    New times, unfortunately, dictate new trends, so the secure smartphone has become a little more “glamorous” in order to please more buyers. There are now many more vulnerable places for scratches on the body, and the fingerprint scanner on the front panel is now easy to “knock off” instead of the screen if the smartphone lands poorly. The camera on the back panel sticks out from the body like a large round glass - it is not provided with a protective “armor”, because, according to Motorola’s idea, buyers will attach modules to the back cover. And also because of the “need to do it like Apple” complex, Motorola removed the standard headphone jack - connect, they say, a headset via an adapter or directly to USB Type-C.

    Therefore, in terms of strength and bells and whistles, the old Moto X Force looks preferable, but only in the “zette” you will get a modern and very fast Snapdragon processor, a cool AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution, a capacious battery and modern high-quality cameras. And all this in the thinnest case, by the standards of rugged smartphones, 7 millimeters thick, like your iPhone 7!

    But you will have to pay for such a combination, and in foreign stores and in large quantities - the new Moto Z Force will cost from 35 to 45 thousand rubles and is unlikely to get cheaper. Be that as it may, we recommend it to everyone who craves the coolest mobile phone that is guaranteed not to break after falling from their hands onto concrete.

    Samsung Galaxy S7 Active - a macho flagship in camouflage

    Samsung is doing well everywhere, and Koreans are also paying attention to the class of secure phones. Ever since the Galaxy S5 Korean flagships received tuned versions with water protection. The Galaxy S7, which is still relevant today, has also become an “SUV”, but only in its flat version (without a curved display). And even with a 4000 mAh battery, that is, with the main drawback of the regular S7 corrected.

    The level of water protection in the smartphone is the same as in the “just Galaxy S7” - according to the IP68 certificate (it will survive under water for half an hour at a depth of up to 1.5 meters without any problems). But the body of the smartphone is no longer glossy and not rectangular in Korean style, so it will appeal to those who are annoyed by Samsung’s “washy” shapes. And the most important thing is that in this “body kit” the S7 is protected according to the military standard MIL-STD-810G, that is, it is not afraid of exposure to high and low temperatures, extreme shaking and dust, and will also survive a fall of one and a half meters onto a flat surface without consequences.

    Samsung Galaxy S7 Active

    True, it is not nearly as heavily armored as Motorola's Force series. The display is covered with plastic, under which is hidden the same protective glass Gorilla Glass. Therefore, it is better not to drop your smartphone “for fun,” as X Force owners like to do.

    There are no spare parts for the outlandish model anywhere, it is sold only in the USA exclusively from the AT&T operator, the firmware from the “simple” Galaxy S7 is not suitable, the Russian language has to be installed using “workarounds”, and buying a smartphone abroad will cost about 35 thousand rubles. Not as cheap as for a smartphone, let’s assume, without a guarantee, which also needs to be adapted for work in Russia. But this is a real Galaxy S7 with its cool camera, the very best AMOLED display, flagship and very high-quality hardware. There is simply no other equally prestigious rugged smartphone.

    Blackview BV7000 Pro - cheap and sophisticated

    Every smartphone, in addition to its basic characteristics, there is the so-called “moral strength”. It lies in the fact that a priori you will handle a mobile phone worth 40–50 thousand rubles more carefully than budget model- you won’t talk on the flagship in a dusty place, you’ll wrap your glass smartphone in a cheap case from Aliexpress and filthy films. In general, you will make futile attempts to keep your expensive mobile phone, even at the expense of the freedom to use it.

    This makes sense if you are a geek who uses the full functionality of an obscenely expensive model. But why “protect yourself” and spend huge sums if you just need a modern, moderately fast smartphone for a little bit of everything? It’s enough just not to be a “mobile photographer” and look around a little to pick up a very fast and inexpensive Chinese phone, which, moreover, will not be too much to spare.

    Among the protected models, the Blackview BV7000 Pro looks like a smart option - one of the newest and most technically advanced protected “Chinese”. Water protection class IP68, durable protective glass, which, although it will not save you from falling from a great height, will not crack from moderate impacts. In general, the smartphone is not completely indestructible, but very strong.

    Blackview BV7000 Pro

    But the trick lies in the ratio of characteristics and price. For 11 thousand rubles you get a faceted model with metal inserts, a Full HD display, a quite sensible MT6750T processor (don’t be alarmed - this is a “reinvented” MT6753) with 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage + microSD slot and 3500 mAh with a five-inch display diagonal. The characteristics look decent even without taking into account the surcharge for water protection and partial impact resistance.

    Flaws? Mediocre cameras (not terrible, but similar to smartphones costing 6-7 thousand in Russia), unpredictable build quality from one unit to another, and almost no manufacturer support. That is, the “glitches” of the firmware are the problems of buyers, and not the motivation for releasing an update over the air.

    Blackview BV7000 Pro

    But the smartphone is cheap, sophisticated and secure - competitors are either noticeably more expensive, or are filled with old hardware, and are also not bug-free. Don’t expect that you will get a completely problem-free BV7000 Pro, but if you have experience in disputes on Aliexpress (to get a discount from the seller for shortcomings) and without pathos “everything worse than an iPhone is scrap metal,” you can take it.

    But seriously, then Chinese brand AGM produces smartphones, as they say, every week, but it doesn’t look like just another “bracker” manufacturer. Normal (not cool, but normal) filling for the money, and not quite Chinese price. In short, the realities are as follows:

    • Snapdragon 617- today it has turned into a budget Snapdragon 430. Eight leisurely cores.
    • 4/64 GB of memory. Solid, especially against the background of crafts with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage in official retail.
    • 5.5" Full HD AMOLED display. Excellent considering the price.
    • 5400 mAh battery. We remember the efficiency of the display and rejoice. We find out that the smartphone supports Qualcomm fast charging Quick Charge 3.0 and rejoice again.
    • dual rear camera. Bad dual camera, worse than in Redmi Pro. That is, the additional sensor is needed only for post-processing to slightly improve the picture. But the automation is dull, and high quality pictures only happen on a very sunny day.

    Everything else is so-so. Android 5.1 (yes, in 2017), although the Chinese promise an update to Android 7.0, the speaker is of low quality, the system is periodically plagued by glitches and freezes for no particular reason. But there is water protection (IP68), the body is durable, and battery life is good. Whether to pay 16 thousand rubles for such joy is an open question. There are practically no alternatives to the X-First with equally good characteristics “on paper”. And the reliability of both AGM and its Chinese counterparts is questionable.
