• Electronic money. What is it and how to use it. Electronic money Yandex. I want to earn electronic money

Today we will talk about electronic money And electronic payment systems(EPS) is another very important topic, without understanding and, accordingly, practical application of which it will be difficult to conduct a full-fledged discussion. It is simply necessary to use electronic money in different ways of working and earning money on the Internet, some types of investing, when making transactions, and in other cases, which I will consider on the pages of Financial Genius.

    So, first things first.

    What is electronic money?

Electronic money is a virtual monetary unit through which all kinds of payments are made on the Internet. As you know, the World Wide Web now covers more and more areas of human life every day; accordingly, the need for convenient and fast payments between users, including those located in different countries. This is precisely the function that electronic money takes on.

These are, in fact, the same banknotes that have the same value as real money or funds in bank accounts, with the difference that all of their circulation occurs exclusively on the Internet. Electronic money can also be in different currencies, they can be exchanged for real money and vice versa (this operation is called input/output of electronic money).

Electronic money and non-cash funds in bank accounts are not the same thing! Under no circumstances should they be identified!

Initially, electronic money was used to make a narrow range of payments, but now it is in very wide circulation, and the scale of its use is constantly growing. Many offline enterprises have already begun to accept the currency of popular electronic payment systems for payment: with its help, for example, you can buy air and train tickets, pay utility bills, top up accounts mobile operators, pay for the Internet and cable television, etc.

Different countries may use different definitions of electronic money, stated in legislative acts. Most users of electronic money are attracted by their relative anonymity and the convenience of quickly making payments on the Internet.

    Electronic payment systems.

Electronic money is issued by electronic payment systems (EPS). These are companies that issue virtual banknotes, develop and implement technologies for their circulation, and provide all operations with their electronic currency. Often electronic payment systems are part of the largest Internet corporations, one of the areas of their activity (for example, Yandex.Money, currencies of the largest social networks etc.)

Each EPS issues its own electronic money, which can correspond to different real currencies. Different electronic payment systems have different levels of development, different functionality, different network coverage, different purposes. As a rule, electronic money of one payment system can be exchanged for the currency of another EPS, but not always; in addition, such an operation will require a certain commission.

As a rule, electronic payment systems issue exactly as much electronic money as is needed, that is, to the extent that EPS users deposit their real money to purchase electronic currency. The issuance of electronic money is usually regulated by legal regulations, so electronic payment systems that are registered and operate in a particular country must adhere to these regulations. However, this often does not actually happen, since electronic money is very difficult to track and legislation in this area remains imperfect.

Electronic payment systems make money from commissions that are charged for all transactions with their currency.

Just as banks are the “circulatory system” of the economy of any state, electronic payment systems are the “circulatory system” of e-commerce - these are the main, but not the only areas of their use.

    Types of electronic money.

As I already wrote, each EPS issues its own types of electronic money. Some of them have already purchased international significance, some are used in a limited number of countries, some have never left the borders of their issuer.

Very important role plays for the future user right choice electronic money systems. Every person needs such an electronic payment system, which will fully meet his specific needs. If necessary, it is always possible to register in several EPS at once.

Electronic payment systems of the world.

    1. PayPal. Today it is the most popular global payment system, operating since 2000. It is a structural division of the American company eBay, which specializes in conducting online auctions. Now payment PayPal system operates in 203 countries around the world, although in some of them it is not possible to use full functionality EPS operates in 26 world currencies, the number of its users is approaching 140 million.

In Russia and other CIS countries, PayPal has not yet become widespread, inferior to Russian payment systems, since there are no wide opportunities for replenishment, and especially withdrawal of funds. However, it is gradually developing here too; for example, since September 2013, withdrawal of Russian rubles from the system to accounts in Russian banks has become available, albeit with a fairly large commission. PayPal's main currency is the US dollar.

    2. E-gold. A payment system that issues electronic money primarily in gold (based on the number of trinity ounces), as well as in other precious metals. Over the past few years, the e-gold system has become popular among Internet scammers and is actively used in the activities of online casinos and all kinds of virtual games for money. In recent years, e-gold has experienced better times: its founder was arrested, and transactions were periodically blocked.

    3. Perfect Money. An electronic payment system created in 2007 and operating primarily in euros, dollars and gold. It has also become famous for its use in many HYIPs and financial pyramids, however, it is quite popular in global payments between individuals and business representatives, and is actively used to pay for goods and services on the Internet.

Some other electronic payment systems in the world can be noted: AlertPay, Google Wallet, Moneybookers, Elios Gold, e-Bullion, ePayService, etc.

    Electronic payment systems of Russia.

    1. WebMoney (WebMoney). The undisputed leader among payment systems not only in Russia, but also in other CIS countries, also has a certain circulation around the world, although, for example, in Germany, the activities of WebMoney are prohibited by law. Legally, WebMoney Transfer is not a payment system, since it does not issue electronic money, but the so-called. “title units”, through which the transfer of monetary rights of claim is carried out. The company itself was created in 1998 and declares its activities as “ international system settlements and environment for conducting network business.”

Today, there are about 25 million participants in the WebMoney system, while WebMoney wallets are used by about 35% of Runet users. In total, the system uses about a dozen electronic currencies (including special credit currencies), including equivalents of the currencies of the CIS countries, the world currencies of the dollar and euro, as well as gold.

    2. Yandex.Money. The second most popular electronic payment system in Russia, founded in 2002 as one of the structural divisions of the largest Russian search engine Yandex. For payments, Yandex.Money uses the electronic equivalent of the Russian ruble. The system is designed to support Internet business and e-commerce primarily in the Russian Federation, although it is also in small circulation in other CIS countries.

    3. Qiwi. It is also a fairly popular electronic payment system in Russia, although, of course, compared to the first two, it loses. Qiwi electronic money appeared in 2007 and is used as a means of not only electronic but also non-cash payments (using a Visa card). In addition to Russia, the QIWI system operates in 7 more countries, including Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, the USA and others.

Among other Russian EPS, one can highlight RBK Money, Unified Wallet, Z-Payment, PayCash, ICQMoney, currencies of social networks VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Moi Mir, etc.

Ukraine has created its own payment system Internet.Money, and in Belarus – EasyPay. But in terms of popularity and payment volumes, they are significantly inferior to Russian WebMoney.

    How to use electronic money?

All electronic payment systems operate on approximately the same principle. To become a member of the EPS, you will need to register in the system (this must only be done through the official website!) and open one or more electronic wallets, depending on need.

When choosing an electronic payment system, pay attention to the fact that it can provide all the capabilities you need and provide convenient and accessible ways for you to deposit and withdraw money.

The registration procedure is free in most cases. In some cases, online registration on the site will be enough, in others you will need to download and install specific application for work in a specific EPS. Such applications exist for both desktop and mobile devices.

Then it all depends on how you plan to use electronic money. If you need to accept them as payment for your services (for example, if you - ), you must give your e-wallet number to the person who will make payments to you.

If you yourself want to pay for something with electronic money, you will need to top up your wallet with real money. There are different ways to do this, each EPS has its own: using international plastic cards, through payment terminals, bank accounts, exchange offices, etc.

When registering in the payment system, you must use your real data, otherwise you may have problems with withdrawing funds. In some cases, especially for large transactions, you will need to provide your passport data in scanned form.

All services of electronic payment systems are protected in different ways security, but the user must also take care to protect himself from all kinds of scammers, of which there are always plenty on the Internet.

Carefully study the information on the website of the electronic payment system, follow all instructions and try to provide the highest possible degree of protection for your electronic wallets. Remember that this is, in fact, the same money, and its loss will negatively affect the state of your personal finances.

This was general introductory information about electronic money and electronic payment systems. In future publications, I will consider some of the EPS in more detail and dwell on important points related to the use of electronic currencies. Stay with us, stay tuned and improve your financial literacy. See you again!

Hello, dear readers of the blog site. Electronic money is increasingly becoming part of our lives. This is connected primarily, which has now become one of the most necessary attributes of our lives.

Moreover, he has long since crossed the level when we only gained knowledge there. Now we live online - we communicate, buy, sell, pay for services, make friends, etc., etc. It is quite logical that in this environment their own systems of mutual payments arise, allowing them to move away from primitive barter.

At the moment, there are already several dozen payment systems in Russia alone, and even more in the world. Of course, not all of them are well known, but the very fact that there is competition gives ordinary users electronic payments (all sorts of goodies to entice), which might not have existed in the absence of a fight for the client.

Of course, it will not be possible to cover all the players in one article (and there is still a wild excitement around them, which I wrote about in a separate publication), but we will definitely consider the most popular ones. At the end of the publication, I will also invite you to vote for the Internet currency that you personally prefer.

Three leading payment systems in Russia

It all started a very long time ago (mainly at the end of the last and beginning of this millennium). At that time, monetary relations began to actively develop on the Internet ( e-commerce, etc.) and the only available form of payment was plastic cards. The emergence of Internet money options has made it possible to significantly simplify the process of paying and receiving payments via the network (without leaving home).

But not only on the Internet, because now various electronic wallets offer you to use those lying on them not only for any operations on the Internet, but also in real life. For example, a system linked to an account, with which you can pay for your purchases in real life (supermarket, boutique, gas stations and other places where cards are accepted for payment). In fact, many payment systems already offer similar services.

In Russia you can highlight 3 leading payment systems, but I think it’s unlikely to be possible to put them in their strict places. In each individual case, you will need to choose exactly according to your needs.

For example, Qiwi is truly a “people’s” system and everyone who knows what payment terminals are works with it. At the same time, WebMoney is used by almost everyone who makes money in the Russian-speaking part of the RuNet. Both Yandex Money and other electronic wallets have their own audience. But first things first.

    Qiwi payment system

If the main complaints about working with Qiwi (and many other systems) relate to the work of their technical support service, then in the WebMoney payment system the main problem is. Personally, I solved this problem for myself, which does not allow me to make a single payment or authorization on sites without confirming this action on my mobile phone (you receive a confirmation code in the form of SMS, or you install a special application on your phone to generate it).

Also, the safety and security of this electronic money depends. There are several of them, and I wrote about some of them in some detail at one time:

You also need to understand that there are various Internet currencies that circulate within this system. Currencies, of course, are conditional (in fact, these are just title units), but are strictly tied to official rate coinciding real currencies (fiat money).

The main ones, of course, are dollars (WMZ) and rubles (WMR), but euros (WME), hryvnia (WMU), Belarusian rubles(WMB), etc. In this regard, the need very often arises. About the most profitable ways Read about this action in the article below.

    Electronic Yandex Money

Personally, this system attracts me because it can link a plastic card from Yandex to your wallet, so that you can then use it to pay in the store and in all other places where MasterCard is accepted. In this case, the account on the electronic wallet is equal to the balance on the card and no interest is charged for such use (a commission is charged only when withdrawing money from an ATM). In my opinion, this is a very convenient way to withdraw pennies earned on the Internet.

This payment system allows you to deposit and withdraw funds in a variety of ways, as well as pay for many services and goods. There is a mobile phone application that allows you to conveniently work with your electronic wallet without having to download a browser. In general, read about that in the article provided.

8 best electronic payment systems in the world

    — once upon a time, the Payoneer Mastercard was the only acceptable way to withdraw funds earned by freelancers and stockers abroad. Nowadays, quite a few similar systems have already appeared, but Payoneer (or Pioneer) still remains in great demand, because many bourgeois exchanges and sites for making money cooperate only with it.

The main feature of the system is to receive a branded card and withdraw money earned abroad from it through any ATM in the world. Although now you can withdraw money from your Payoneer account directly to an account in a local bank and with a not very high commission percentage, many do not want to show their income to the bank and use the card, because it is not connected with bank account(prepaid) and there should be no problems with the tax authorities only when using it.

Previously, withdrawing money from Adsense was quite inconvenient, but after connecting to Rapida everything became just fine (though only for residents of Russia). The fact is that in the Rapida system you can configure payment templates for the transit of electronic money from Adsense to any terminal options for cashing them out that are convenient for you. Moreover, the templates are executed automatically when a payment is received from Google’s contextual system.

Liqpay— Ukrainian payment system, the account in which is linked to the account in Privat Bank. It positions itself as an alternative to the world-famous PayPal and Moneybookers, but in reality this is, of course, far from the case. Working with electronic money is quite safe, and read about the rest at the link provided.

10 most popular cryptocurrencies in the world

Cryptocurrency is generally difficult to classify as a payment system, because due to the nature of this system, there cannot be owners or people managing (and even administering) this system. She is launched and she begins to live her life without essentially obeying anyone (all thanks to cryptography based on the great and terrible, which simply works wonders). This is its charm and, in a sense, its disadvantage.

It is also difficult to equate crypto-currency with electronic money, because there is not yet a developed network of services and goods that could be bought with crypto-money. Something is possible somewhere, but it is still in its infancy. But at the same time, speaking about electronic money, it is impossible not to plunge into the crypto world. Why?

Because cryptocurrency is an excellent tool for speculation, i.e. fast, often high-risk, but also very high earnings. Someone sells their home, and in a month or two doubles their capital. Some people play “small” and have a stable additional source of income. There is a rush of demand for cryptocurrency and it is becoming more expensive.

Everything in this world is constantly changing, and of course money changes. People are gradually switching to electronic currency. But not everyone knows what electronic money is and how to use it. Many people think that electronic money is ordinary paper money that is simply used to pay for Internet services. In fact, electronic money is virtual, conventionally invented banknotes that have the force of real paper money.

Where does electronic money come from?
Like any money, electronic money needs to be earned. The Internet is an unlimited source of earning electronic real money. Everyone earns their money in their own way, some write articles to order, some play poker, some sell shampoo or candles, some play on the stock exchange.

What can you buy with electronic money?
Almost everything. On the Internet you can buy a house, apartment, car, or just a pack of pasta with home delivery. If we talk about the Russian-language Internet, then we mainly use electronic money to buy electronic equipment, cell phones, books, jewelry and cosmetics. In the West, many people have stopped going to regular stores altogether. Since it is more convenient to buy in virtual stores than in regular ones. A person simply goes to the website of the store he needs, searches for the required product, compares prices with other stores, and then orders home delivery. The convenience is that, firstly, a person saves his time. For example, you can choose a sofa during your lunch break, after work, by this time, the sofa will have already been delivered to the buyer’s home, and you can already relax on the new furniture.
Secondly, no one puts pressure on the buyer or tries to push him an unnecessary product. That is, no sales consultant will get on your nerves with his attempts to sell stale goods. Thirdly, any product, even a handkerchief, can be ordered for home delivery. In the USA, for example, many electronic stores offer free delivery throughout the country. In our electronic stores, it is very expensive. The delivery cost consists of the weight of the goods, the commission for work and the distance to the buyer. So, for example, if you buy the cheapest shampoo on OZON.RU for 100 rubles, then its delivery, say, to Nizhny Novgorod, will cost 250 rubles. That is, 2.5 times more expensive than the product itself. Of course, if the owners of online stores do not figure out how to reduce delivery costs, then it is unlikely that online shopping will be in great demand in Russia.

    How to use electronic money?
There are special computer programs for working with electronic money. The program is very popular in Russia WEB MONEY. The so-called e-wallet download from the site of the same name, install on your home computer, create wallets in the desired currency (rubles, dollars, euros, etc.), and then you can use your money. The program is easy to use, although it has flaws in terms of money security.

How to convert electronic money into real rubles.
In order to convert electronic currency into paper currency, you need to come to the exchange office with your passport, having previously sent electronic payment and your secret password for the exchange office wallet. At the exchange office, after you show your passport and indicate your secret password(you come up with this password and only you know it) the cashier will give you your legitimate real paper money, but will only charge a commission for services, approximately 4% of the amount.

    Advantages of electronic money.
You can top up the balance of your cell phone with electronic money without leaving your home, and without any commission. You can use electronic money to pay for the Internet, utility bills, and any goods sold in online stores. Electronic money saves time, and sometimes some online stores offer discounts when paying with electronic money.

Economists believe that electronic money is the future. Since they are the ones who allow us to avoid queues at the bank, at the post office, in the store, and therefore save the most precious thing - our time.

Electronic money exists relatively recently. But they have already received recognition from Internet users. At the same time, for many, the essence of electronic payments remains not fully understood. What is electronic money in Russia?

    General points

Japan first began using electronic money in the 1980s. It began with the introduction of prepaid chip cards from individual companies, which over time began to be used by other economic entities.

For Europe, the first use of prepaid electronic payment products began in the 1990s. Individuals could save their funds for special maps(Mondex, Proton, Danmont and Primeur Card).

Interest in such means of payment was attracted by innovative techniques, as well as the lack of affiliation with banking sector. After some time, similar projects began to be implemented by banks.

A little later, new payment technologies came to Russia. And if at first they were perceived with some doubt, then by 2013 the turnover of the electronic payment market in the Russian Federation reached almost two and a half trillion rubles.

Several factors contributed to the development of the use of electronic money. In particular, the active spread of online commerce, the low price of Internet transactions, the possibility of instant execution of transactions without personal identification.

The scale of the spread of electronic means of payment and their considerable importance in settlements between legal and private entities have led to the need to resolve the main issues of application.

    The state was required to:

    Basic definitions

Electronic money, in essence, is money in the usual sense of the word. They can be used to pay for purchases in online stores, pay for various services, and transfer to bank accounts and cards.

But they have the advantage of mobility. There is no reference to time and place. You can make a payment from anywhere globe and at any time of the day. The main condition is access to the Internet.

The main formulations are that electronic money is:

The term “electronic money” is far from ambiguous. It is used in a variety of understandings. This definition refers to systems for storing and transferring both official and private currencies.

Consequently, the rules for the circulation of electronic money are regulated both by the provisions of Central Banks and by the personal regulations of payment systems.

In a more simplified sense, electronic money payments can be thought of as a transfer of regular cash from one bank account to another. At the same time, the procedure is quite simple and does not require unnecessary formalities.

    Their qualifications

Most often, electronic cash is classified as follows:

In Russia, the following electronic payment products are considered the most popular::

    • Yandex Money;
    • WebMoney;
    • Single wallet;
    • RBC Money;
    • PayCash;
    • Rapida.

Most Russian systems electronic payments are not represented by financial organizations. Their activities are not considered financial.

This allows payment systems to reduce the costs incurred during the implementation of banking. But at the same time, this prevents the conduct of legally complete financial relations between participants in the system.

It is this state of affairs that requires clear legislative regulation of the concept of electronic money and the rules for its use.

    Current standards

Initially, the legality of the circulation of electronic money was questioned, since it does not recognize electronic money as cash. Therefore, payment systems have found a way to solve this problem.

In particular, electronic cash has received a different name. For example, WebMoney title units or PayCash advance payments.

Thus, electronic money becomes not cash, but prepaid cash title units or securities.

At the same time, electronic money has become a way to take into account the rights of claims of users of electronic payment systems to representatives of these systems.

Electronic payments are essentially the exchange of messages that confirm the transfer of title units and property rights.

As for the legal aspect, the payment system is a guarantor that guarantees to third parties the payment of an amount equivalent to a unit of the system through a bank.

From a legal point of view, electronic money is an analogue of checks, securities, and gift certificates. That is, payment systems issue securities using uncertificated bearer checks.

Also worthy of attention. It presupposes the possibility of carrying out legal circulation of securities not provided for by law. This means that the circulation of electronic money does not violate Russian legislation.

At this time, the electronic money market in Russia is regulated by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The main governing law is.

Some changes came into force on May 16, 2014. He made adjustments to Federal Law No. 161.

In accordance with the new amendments, mandatory identification of users has been introduced in relation to individuals, non-profit organizations and organizations created outside the Russian Federation. At the same time, a simplified identification procedure became possible.

    Features of electronic money

The main feature of electronic money is its virtuality. Such means of payment cannot be seen, touched or put in your pocket.

But this does not diminish their value. Of course, you can’t pay with that kind of money in regular stores. However, you can make purchases online, pay various payments and services, transfer funds to other persons.

As for other features, electronic money can be personalized and anonymous. This depends on the rules for the circulation of electronic cash in the system.

At the same time, all sorts of attempts are being made to personalize most electronic means. To achieve this, limits are introduced for anonymous users and the size of the anonymous wallet is limited.

An important feature of electronic payment instruments is the security cryptographic methods. They allow you to achieve a certain security when using electronic cash.

That is, electronic money is reliably protected by electronic digital signature. This eliminates the possibility of counterfeiting electronic money.

    Who are they using?

Basically in Russia electronic money is used for payment cellular communication, Internet access, utilities, Online shopping.

Often, electronic payments are used to transfer funds to other users of the system. Teenagers often spend money on online games. The older population pays for goods and services, taxes and fines in this way.

In terms of the number of users who have used electronic payments at least once, Russian statistics for a large city are as follows?

At the same time, 14% of the younger generation spends money earned on the Internet. 48% of the older generation are novice users.

Electronic money is increasingly used when conducting online business. At the same time, electronic money is considered as a form of modern market economy.

Electronic payments allow instant settlements between entrepreneurs and clients. This eliminates many of the costs inherent in doing business offline.

    Forms of their use

According to the forms of use of electronic means, several main methods can be distinguished.

    These include:

Internet banking With the help this method You can transfer money from your bank account to any other, including an electronic wallet account. The received electronic money can be used for any possible purpose. At the same time, the completion of the transfer can be tracked in online mode. Instead of a signature, the client of a virtual bank uses an electronic digital signature, which is considered the most reliable method of protection
Credit cards The method is convenient because it allows you to pay in any currency, including electronic ones. But it is advisable not to transfer personal data when using this option, since the protection credit cards not so perfect
ATMs You can cash out your electronic money through an ATM. To do this, just order a virtual debit card from the payment system and transfer funds from an electronic wallet to it. The cashing process is no different from using a regular plastic card. You need to enter data virtual card and withdraw cash from it

The most significant advantages of electronic money include:

    • the ability to pay anywhere and at any time;
    • almost instant transfer of funds;
    • convenience and ease of use.

Less obvious advantages include the possibility of reducing queues at cash registers and reducing the burden on accounting. In addition, electronic money is protected from counterfeiting.

They are portable, that is, they will not take up much space in any quantity. They divide perfectly, eliminating the need to wait for change.

Electronic money can be stored as long as you like, which makes it appearance will not become unusable. With electronic payments, the human factor is completely eliminated, meaning all payments will reach their intended destination.

    Disadvantages of such payments

Among the disadvantages, the following are especially significant:

    • the need to pay interest to the system when withdrawing money;
    • possibility of wallet hacking;
    • loss of money if you lose your password.

With a more detailed analysis of the shortcomings, they are practically reduced to zero. When withdrawing funds, you need to pay a certain percentage for withdrawal. But banks also charge fees for services and transactions.

Because this disadvantage rather, the usual cost of turning to third parties to carry out financial transactions. The e-wallet can be hacked. At the same time, third-party the face will come in into the system and spend or transfer the stored funds.

And most often the user himself is to blame for this. You can only log in using a username and password that are created by the owner of the wallet. The possibility of theft of confidential data depends on how carefully he stores his data.

Another drawback is that if you lose your password, you will not be able to log in to the system. This means that no operations with by electronic means will not be able to produce. The basic advice is still the same - keep your password in a safe place.

But you shouldn’t neglect the password recovery method. To do this, when registering in the payment system, you need to identify your identity in as much detail as possible.

Ideally, provide scans of documents, link your email and phone number. After this, even losing your password is not a problem. Using your identification data, you can obtain the right to renew access and change your password.

In general, electronic money is a very flexible tool that allows you to expand the scope of use of cash and significantly simplify cash flow.

In general, the concept of an electronic wallet is just beginning to gain popularity.

    Types of electronic wallets

Nowadays, there are quite a lot of such electronic wallets, all of them are in great demand.

    Webmoney

This e-wallet was created in the late 90s. The symbol of this system is the ant. Using it, you can make both payment transactions and transfers to current accounts or bank cards.

When transferring money to bank cards or a current account, a commission is charged, which will depend on the amount you transfer.

To ensure that your WebMoney wallet is always with you, we have created special applications, both on a mobile device and on a computer. There is an option not to install applications, but simply go to the site and enter your username and password.

In order to start working through webmoney, you need to obtain a certificate. To do this, you need to upload scans of your passport and indicate your personal data. You can confirm transactions via SMS, captcha, or question-answer method.

WebMoney in present moment is the leader in popularity in Russia. In general, this system is registered in London, but the certification center is located in Russia. But in Germany this system is banned.

    Yandex Money

Yandex Money appeared in the early 2000s. Using the web interface, this system became possible to work in 2005. Its disadvantage is the fact that it does not work with foreign currency, only rubles. However, these rubles can be transferred anywhere in the world. A plus is the fact that there are no commissions charged at all for many transactions.

To withdraw money from such a wallet, you can link it to your bank card or make a separate Yandex Money card. It is free to produce. When using this system for the first time, you must also identify yourself.

We can say that this wallet is adapted specifically for work in the Russian Federation, so not everyone uses it.

At the moment, the main shareholder of this system is Sberbank of Russia.

    • The next system can be called Belqi. This system is very young and works on the basis of the QIWI system we know. All operations are carried out in the same way.
    • Wallet One. This is the youngest system operating in the Republic of Belarus. You can connect either via a mobile phone or via a PC. The balance is replenished both through terminals and through InterPayBank. The commission for payments through this system is either minimal or not charged at all. Electronic wallets in Kazakhstan

    • The most frequently used e-wallet in Kazakhstan is QIWI. He appeared on this territory in 2011. It has earned its popularity due to simplified registration, the ability to top up the balance from numerous ATMs, payments from this system are accepted by almost any online store and, of course, a reduced commission.

    • Yandex. Money. As we said above, it focuses on the Russian currency, so it is often used when making payments in rubles.
    • And, of course, PayPal is also actively used in Kazakhstan, especially when making payments in online stores in America.

It is worth noting that there are still a huge number of different electronic wallets. For example, in Moscow the Troika system is popular, with which you can pay for travel on public transport. It was put into effect in 2013.

In the Moscow region, such a system is called Strelka, and in St. Petersburg - plantain. The same cards are available in many cities in Russia with developed transport system. Such cards allow you to minimize queues to pay for transport, and allow you to create a unified system of payment for transport services. This card can be obtained directly at the ticket office or kiosks. You can also top up such a card through cash desks.

Funds are kept in the account for five years after the last use of the card. You can put no more than 3,000 rubles on such a card.
