If turning it off for one or two minutes for experimental purposes is still acceptable, then exchanging Wi-Fi for a permanently disabled firewall is unacceptable. For a potential malicious program, it only takes one second of exchange of information with its site; every time I turn off the firewall ( public networks) immediately bursts of both yellow (receiving data) and red (sending data) colors appear in the Task Manager. I created both outgoing and incoming rules for the addresses 192.168.137.1 (virtual adapter), 192.168.137.26 (one of the smartphones), which were later replaced by the range 192.168.137.(0-255).
